The room was very comfy, the staff very warm and friendly and the location was perfect!

First the hotel is exceptional in every possible respect. It is a beacon of modernity without being overwhelming or intimidating. Every detail and comfort detail in the room was carefully thought of with the guests in mind. The staff amazing with special mention and sincere gratitude to Eric in the restaurant and the sommelier they both went above and beyond the call of duty. What an incredible experience. Thank you

The soundproofing is terrible. I am constantly woken up at night by people shouting and cars passing by.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are very clean, spacious and modern. The bed is absolutely amazing, very big and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, the staff spoke excellent English and were very polite and friendly. A great experience.

Location was great.Architecture and interior Design is very attractive.

The breakfast was not enough detailed, very weak option. Just some fruit and one kind of egg was served.No cheese, bread or jam was served.

There was no food/room service after 10 pm. It is very unusual for premium 5 star hotel. Definitely needs to be sorted out. Also, the bar was closed on Sunday. Colleagues got food poisoning from the dinner.

Really modern hotel located in a great spot near to Serdica metro station - food and breakfast great and lots included for the size of the hotel. Rooms nice and comfortable and a great shower! Staff super helpful and friendly and nothing was too much for them! There are shutters on the windows if you prefer blackout too.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was gorgeous. Lots of modern technology, music in the bathroom, chromecast to watch Netflix, Location was great very central to Vitosha Boulevard. Food in the restaurant was lovely. Staff very helpful

Lovely new hotel with loads of interesting design points, starting with reception area art. Room very comfortable, spacious, clean and new. Huge glass-wall shower and separate soaking tub. Easy to walk everywhere you want to go. Nice breakfast.

The best thing about this hotel was its fantastic location; dead in the center of everything. Also, for a hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle, it was surprisingly quiet. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. My room had a huge window, so it was bright and lovely.

However, for a new hotel, the room looked a bit overused. This is especially true of the bathroom, which could use some maintenance (there was mold in the shower box, and the taps were loose and tricky to use). The amenities in the toilet were also not usable (the kind that has been sitting there, with the packaging catching moisture and drying out over time).
