continue to stay here, comfortable, heating is good, not expensive

Everything about the room is good

There is noise outside the hotel from people coming at night to a nonstop shop, if.you are a light sleeper check if you can get a room towards the back of the hotel. Also to mention the bed is really soft, in case that matters to you.

Receptionist who welcomes us was very kind and helpful. Hotel was clean and parking spot was nice.

A good starting point for hiking to Cherni Vrah peak (2290 m), about 25 km round trip with 1500 m ascent. Beautiful views and scenic places along the way.

I hate keys I prefer cards for locking doors... Too often I forgot to lock a door.

They make you pay for breakfast, when you reserve the room on booking it says 1 room for 2 persons, but when you get to the hotel they say you only pay for one person and have to pay for the other one! Breakfast very poor, not many choices

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had to ask to change rooms because the first one they gave me was pointed out to the restaurant in the back and the smell of smoke was very strong.

The room, the cleanness, the personnel from the reception, the breakfast.

I couldn’t find a parking plot in front of the hotel to have my car more safe.

The view was awesome.

The room was not that clean, I saw 2 spider webs in room 202, 1 near the air conditioning and the other one in the right corner of the drapes, balcony was quite dirty :-(

Location, staff, size of the room

The transparent walls of the bathroom and the toilet - it’s embarrassing and inconvenient. When you take a shower, all the steam gets in the room.

I loved the facility, the staff, the breakfast, the comfort, the friendliness, the reliability, the trust, the view, the helpfullness of the staff.

I liked the whole stay.

Very good breakfast, fresh air, location is on the top of the city overseeing the city. Located in forest area. Staff was very friendly.

Unfortunately the breakfast was the negative point of this hotel.it was very limited!Serving moldy bread and spoiled fruit is not acceptable at all.

Good hotel for the price. Nice location, parking in front. Good restaurant attached to the hotel. breakfast was also ok.

They can provide a bottle of water for free. Its shame not yo have at least first bottle complimentary.

Sometimes was noise, but this is becouse the hotel is located in the center of Dragalevci district!
