    Pros +

    • Ok nothing special
    • The room is cozy and spacious. The mini bar was well filled and the baby crib was in good condition.
    • Breakfast is good if you are going to stay there for a couple of days. Staff speaks English, polite and nice in conversations.

    Cons -

    • we forgot the electric shaver in the room and when we called them to see if it was there, they didn't even bother to look, they just said it wasn't there, I sent an email to which they didn't even respond. simply, if you forget something, it will never be returned to you. the maid cleaned the room on the first day and left her dirty cloth on the bed with us
    • There was a bald guy from the staff who was hostile when I was parking my car. I told him I'm a guest of the hotel but he continued being rude. I don't think the phrase "Is that how you park, bro" is well aligned with my expectations of hospitality. Also, the walls are peeling and there is some mold.
    • This is the first time a hotel owner has used fake photos to attract customers. In reality, the hotel rooms are terribly old. There are dirty stains on the walls and floors everywhere, mold, and peeling wallpaper. In addition, the shower stalls are faulty, so there will always be a huge puddle of leaking water on the floor.

    Comfortable bed

Very basic and expensive , according to room facilities . It wasn't high season.

Great location - just meters away from the subway/metro station and half an hour walk from the very center of Sofia. Free parking in front of the hotel. Good breakfast. Helpful personnel.

The facilities are in really bad shape. The lobby looks fine but the other parts of the hotel need urgent renovating. The cleanliness is questionable and you better bring your own towels.

Room was clean and comfortable and good value. Breakfast was more than adequate and was available for me a bit early both mornings due to early departures. Limited English but not a problem.

    5ErinPosted on: 10-18-2025

The rooms were big and the location was pretty good.

Breakfast was terrible. The food didn't seem fresh at all but recycled day after day. I couldn't eat it. Even the apples were shriveled and soft. The hotel itself is old.

    Location

The room was run down and small, but okay for a short stayShower didn't work well

Proper place, polite staff, the rooms and bathroom could do with a bit of refurbishment but generally ok, clean and all set up. The free breakfast buffet was excellent. Location is also good, close to public transport and with parking space as well. No complaints really.

Great breakfast with many fruits. Friendly staff allowed us to store luggage for two days.

    Nothing to think about.

    Breakfast was good.

The bed was uncomfortable. The shower didn't drain quickly. Food and drink items in room were over priced.

This is my go-to hotel in Sofia - super nice staff, good location with a parking provided, and breakfast included. Rooms are a bit aged, but nothing to worry about - it's clean and always have shower gels and shampoo if you need one.

    All good

Very big and spacious but old and unclean rooms with bad lightning.Kind staff which is unfortunately not effective when it comes to resolving negative situations. We received a complimentary bottle of wine and a plate of some season fruits which was a nice gesture but absolutely not enough to make up for my ruined time with my partner who I see for a few days once every 1-2 months :)The breakfast is not bad but absolutely nothing special - again the bare minimum from a hotel which is about to be closed.Since the bathroom was leaking, we were transferred to an "upgraded room". Not sure how much this is on the positive side since when we requested this at reception, we were told "no promises" but after escalating to booking, they gladly did it :) The only difference with the not upgraded room is that it had a sofa and a couch chair instead of the two smaller chairs in the previous room. The TV was also bigger.

4 days of not a single drop of warm water, hence the luxurious experience of showering with wet wipes and cold water. Bonus: getting sick and paying to go to a salon to have your hair washed.PS: There was an outage in that entire region for which the hotel is not responsible. However, the hotel is responsible for the fact that their heater was broken and they only called a technician on the next day which still did not resolve the issue because the heater did not have the capacity to cover the hotel's needs - basically whoever gets lucky, gets the water :)"Nothing we can do attitude from staff"Discrepancies between what hotel staff says and what Booking representatives say in terms of available options for addressing the issue. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on and the accompanying back pain after.Unprofessional response when attempting to find a mutual agreement on adequate compensation and being called a "hand twister" when expressing my opinion of what I believe is a reasonable responsibility taking on the hotel end.Dangerous objects in the rooms - my boyfriend hurt his foot on that metal object on the ground.Photos of the hotel absolutely not as realityWe were explained that the hotel is due for closing and this is why everything is in a bad condition, however, I don't think that this is the guests fault and they should be the one suffering.I hope this helps everyone to make their choice and not have the experience we had.

The best thing about this hotel is its staff - all super helpful and friendly. I was looking for a place with air-conditioning that included breakfast - that's why I chose this hotel. Location is good - not right in the center, but about 15 minutes walk, and 2 min walk to the metro and other public transportation options. Very close to the Sofia mall which served us well for quick dinner nearby. Price was also very reasonable so overall, I would say good value for money.

The hotel is clearly very old and badly in need of refurbishment. The rooms looked tatty, carpets falling apart. Breakfast was "OK" - not better than that.

The rooms were but and comfortable

The shower is dripping in all rooms. It is not possible to enjoy the show we.one of our rooms was flooded. And we got another room only the day after. The stuff in the night wasn’t responsive and didn’t care to help at all.

    8EzgiPosted on: 7-4-2025

Hotel is near the metro station, our room was very big according to a hotel room (502). Breakfast was okay, every morning there was a decent amount of fresh food. Stuff was lovely and we were lucky to find a parking space in front of the hotel.

There was a full carpet on the floor and i would say it wasn’t fully clean. Bathroom was enough to a couple days stay but still need to improve.

    Not much comfortable bed.

Good value for money – comfortable bed, big room, breakfast, location, and staff is very friendly

    The room is outdated

    7ArinaPosted on: 5-17-2025

It was really good value including breakfast, free parking and the perfect location - there are a metro station, a tram station, Sofia mall, laundry and a kosher cafe all 3-5 minutes walk.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s affordable and in a very good location. The breakfast was excellent for the price, with a nice selection of fruits and cheeses. What I appreciated the most was the helpfulness of the staff—especially Iva at the reception. She kindly allowed me to check in early when a room became available, which made my trip much smoother. She was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Sofia, Bulgaria.
