- First of all, I fell and broke my arm at the hotel entrance because the pavements at the hotel entrance were not cleaned properly. My whole vacation was spent running around hospitals. The woman at the reception did not help me carry my suitcase even though my arm was broken. It was the worst hotel experience of my life. I definitely do not recommend staying in the winter months. Also, they did not help me with any changes I requested (such as changing the room and checking in 1-2 hours early). I do not recommend it at all. Very dangerous streets that never get sunlight in the winter months.
- The room was in the basement with fake windows. The bed was not comfortable
