Staff are very welcoming, the property is in general new, clean and well maintained.

Great stay in a modern Hotel. We felt welcome from the beginning! We got a welcome gift and there are a lot of small details that make you feel really appreciated. The tram stops directly in front of the hotel, so it is more than perfect to get in and out of the city center. There are several lines and we never waited more than 5 minutes for any of them to arrive. Great location and for sure to be explored again when we come back another time.

There was some light outside our room and the curtains were minimal too small, but we had our sleeping masks so it didn't bother us. The noise of the street is only really hearable if you open the windows, closed it is normal, so I don't support all previous posts that it is bad. The breakfast is ok, although a bit less for the price in my opinion. It is the same every day and we had some quite hard bread on the first day, so we didn't eat here but went outside for the second day to get breakfast. However, there was fresh scrambled eggs (or however you want them - which we appreciated a lot).

Large and comfortable room, perfectly clean and well heated for a stay in winter. New hotel with a nice modern vibe. Easy for transportation: the center is about 20 minutes away by tram. They also offered me a free cab ride from the airport to hotel. Supermarket just behind the corner, several restaurants nearby. Super friendly cleaning personnel.

The receptionist could have been a bit more friendly. Fridge is a bit noisy but you can easily put it off.

I liked everything

The hotel is conveniently located . There is a tram station just next to it and you can access downtown area in 10 min. Upon arrival I was met by a very friendly lady at the reception. Check in had no problems. The reception area itself is interestingly designed.At the room there was a personal ( with my name on it and handwritten !!! ) welcoming note . There was a personalized greeting message on the TV screen. It was a really nice gesture showing attention to guests. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There were coffee and tee available in the room. There were no water bottles, but the tap water tasted surprizingly good . The room was clean and comfortable and the open storage space makes it feel bugger. I would gladly stay there again, but there are details that the management should take care of.

The shower is a really good quality "rain shower" with good water pressure, but for some reason it is missing the movable attachement . You can only find the water temperature and adjust it when you are actually under the shower and water is running over your shouwlders , instead just touching with your hand. There is a shower cap provided , but it is still a sruggle, if you don't want to wet your hair. I would say : not very women-friendly ; )The first night some really bad smell appeared in the bathroom. Like the smell of sewers before rain. The bathroom fan ony made it worse. It really rained the next day and the smell did not appear again , so that could have been the reason. The real problem are the towels. From the 4 provided , 2 were dirty. The second day 3 of the 4 were dirty. Not just worn out or old stains, but actual smears on them . Whether they overload the washing machines and towels don't get clean, or outsource the washing to incompetent company , but the management should really do something about it.

Location, facilities and furniture are quite okay, convenient and comfortable

It’s fine, bright and clean, but not the coziest hotel around. Colors and flooring perhaps give that feeling

I really like that it is close to downtown and the hotel was nice and clean.

I didn’t like that there weren’t enough tv channels on the tv

Everything was so nice and clean, staff was so helpful and we loved the bean bag chair and the funny notes and vibe!

The only thing I think would have make our stay better is that if the bathroom had a bidet and a handheld hose in the shower not just a fixed wall-mounted shower.

Good staff, nice and friendly.

No hot water, and they didn’t let anybody know, so I’ve spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to turn hot water on. Then ended up having cold shower. When I’ve asked at the reception, they said: oh, there is no hot water in our district. Question, how the hotel doesn’t have any spare sources of hot water? You guys need to buy some equipment for situations like this and be prepared.

All the furniture was extremely cheap. The pool was ridiculous - it was more like a box full of water with walls that were falling apart.

The hotel was spotless and really comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the interior design as everything was outfitted with the greatest of care. The pool was a dream and the staff was amazing.

Everything was perfect!

Very friendly and kind staff, modern, chic ambience, ample amenities, delicious gourmet food prepared by the culinary school students and staff. We enjoyed the rooftop bar after hours along with some really cool house cocktails, with views of Vitosha mountain :)

Everything was great. If I'm to improve something, I would have liked to be able to dim the room lights (though I found a way to get some soft lighting at night with just the bedside lamps)

Everything, I have stayed here many times and the hotel is perfect. The rooms feel like they are brand new. The air conditioning is perfect. The food in the restaurant is delicious. I can always get a place to park next to the door.

Nice, modern location, on-site parking and tram station right in front, 15 minutes ride to city center.All sorts of funny quotes and tidbits spread all around the hotel, making us smile. Smart!One of the best and quietest AC we met during this holiday.

The immaculate cleanliness. The modern design, the rooftop pool and bar. The restaurant. The fast fiber wi-fi But most of all the staff! Intelligent, responsive and super friendly. A special thanks to the manager Nadezhda and Aleks. Everyone though, was superb

The facilities are very good; everything looks very new, modern, and well-designed.

The staff, no aircon in the rooms, swimming pool and restaurant were closed

The staff is very nice and friendly. The design and the style of the hotel too (except the cheap furniture of the rooms which looks like a student room).The sole real advantage of the hotel is the free parking.

The first night the restaurant and the rooftop bar were closed for the guests of the hotel due to some private party. It would have been nice to keep some tables for the guests of the hotel.Our room was on the 6th floor and we were unable to sleep because of the the strong music and vibrations comming from the rooftop bar located at the 9th floor.If you need a good sleep i recommend you to avoid this hotel.The second night we were lucky enough to try the rooftop bar and the restaurant. The restaurant was a nice discovery. I liked the concept of students from the nearest school cooking. The menu is very short and original.The rooftop was a big deception. The music was too loud (very nice live music, but with very strong speakers). For a Friday night only one very young waiter for our part of the bar. We waited on empty table about 15 min to have a menu and then 15 mote to have the drinks. So after 30 min. I had my first drink.Almost no options for non alcoholic drink (excep coffee or cock and only one alcohol free cocktail which was a real joke : 70% ice and maybe 10ml juice mix). Some of the whiskies from the menu were not available. The sparkling water was served with empty glass, the mineral water was served without a glass (so you have to drink from the bottle). It was some kind of french music night, so maybe the bad service was part of the concept.
