Crystal Palace Boutique Hotel

In the centre of the city is this amazing boutique hotel with excellent staff and amenities.

the location is perfect, i felt very safe and secure as a solo traveler. I have stayed here many times and the team are wonderful, so helpful and kind. I also had a massage with Maria and she was very kind and professional.

A seven minute walk to the metro so taking the metro from the airport was easy.

I didn't see any fruit for breakfast but the rest of the breakfast was good.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Very nice neighborhood.

Not really their fault, but they were doing some sort of construction or maintenance in a room close to ours. They were using a heavy-duty drill. We had traveled on the sleeper train from Varna, Bulgaria, all night (8 hours), so we were exhausted. Couldn't get any rest until they stopped a couple of hours later.

spacious rooms, luxury feel with good pricing, great bar, great breakfast, friendly staff, very convenient parking garage in basement, big bathrooms with lots of stone, big park across the street, plenty of places to eat in walking distance

the coffee, plenty of electric sockets but several needed replacement (you had to jiggle plugs to use them, but even that did not work on some), some small stains on carpet on entrance to room, no sockets in bathroom for personal hair dryers (there is a built in hair dryer, if you can live without your personal one).

It's my favourite hotel in Sofia, it was my fourth stay here and it has never failed to meet my expectation, but manages to exceed them. This time I had a room with a great view of the nearby park, a great bonus to the regular overall positive impressions. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, really customer-centred approach. The room was spacious and clean, very comfy beds and it's very quiet here, can't remember being disturbed with any sounds from the neighbouring rooms. Nice amenities and the snacks in the mini-bar are of good quality. Thanks for the experience!

Great location

It's an old hotel that needs help.Towels were torn, hairdryer held together with tape.

I got a free upgrade on the room that was amazing. Staff is nice and polite. Breakfast is very good.

Gym working poorly, hours not appropriate for people traveling for work.

Breakfast was good, served in the lounge. The room is large, comfy - we are regular visitors. The (Middle Eastern) concierge was kindness itself, and helped us with our parking, our luggage, and our child.

The service is top-notch. The staff cares about your satisfaction. The location is great. It's a clean hotel that is perfect for a short stay.

My minibar fridge was clearly broken and didn't get cold, but it didn't get prioritized. The food, while good, was far too expensive for the quality. The building as a whole needs a complete renovation. It's far too dated to ask those prices.

I've stayed there many times manly because of the great location, the lobby is very comfortable for meetings, and the rooms are spacious. Service is also usually very good.

have stayed in this hotel since it opened years ago, but unfortunately, it now requires refurbishing. Many of the rooms are run-down, with broken and heavily used furniture. In my bathroom, there was mold, and the cleaning was very poor. It's a shame because this is a lovely hotel in a great location. For example, I ordered a butter croissant at the lobby bar in the morning, but it arrived hard and not fresh. I didn’t eat it. When the waiter came to collect the payment, he clearly saw I hadn’t touched it, yet he didn’t ask about it. That’s the main issue with this hotel—neglect.

Very well located, with restaurants and cafes around, in a nice, central area. Safe to walk to the very center of the city. The room I had was very nice, large, well lit (and with a large balcony) and well heated. Everythng one may need is handy. Breakfast was good and diverse,

The flight corridor crosses Sofia and, as the airport is close, the planes are still quite low when they pass the city. An airplane is flying above the hotel every 10 minuets or so. I did not mind it, but for someone sensitive to sound it may be bothering. People at the reception are very nice and prompt and helpful, the ones in the restaurant may forget abut patrons sometimes.

Breakfast very good, cheese, jams, breads, good quality. Our room was very big facing the beautiful part right across the street, clean, walking distance to many places, lots of transportation choices, good neighborhood

Staff can be more friendly

The hotel is located in an excellent location close to the city centre. The room was spotless, every day they clean the room and provide 2 bottles of water and coffee capsules. The room is luxurious and big with nice view to park and mountains.

My room had issue with heating from the first day and mentioned that although they did assist on time and I had to complaint again the 2n day in order to provide me a small heater. They offered me to change the room from 5th floor to 1st on 3rd stay which is not good customer experience for this nice hotel.

The hotel is beautifully located facing Doctor's garden with lots of restaurants and bars around
