Spacious room, breakfast, location. Everything

Nice view, very good location, the room was comfortable, spacious and clean!

The breakfast was poor in quantity and quality, further more the refill of the empty gastronomes was taking ages and lastly there were not enough tables to accommodate the guests. The quality of the breakfast negatively impacts our overall experience at the hotel.

Front desk staff were polite and helpful. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Plenty of electrical outlets for plugging in devices, and wifi was reliable. Making luggage storage available was convenient. Close to the bus station and public transportation.

The hotel is located on a busy street, with traffic noise at all hours and construction noise in the morning. The restaurant staff during breakfast were often abrupt and impatient.

Basic but functional and clean room. Nice breakfast.

Single beds are bit narrow.

We chose this hotel especially for the EV charging station and I have some things to mention about it. It is free of charge, you just need to ask about it at the reception. There's only one charging spot, so if it's blocked by someone else, there's not much you can do. There are a few parking spaces in the front of the hotel, but they are for temporary parking only. The bigger parking is behind the hotel. We didn't see it since we left the car to charge in front of the hotel.

The room was really cold, and even though we turned the thermostat to the maximum degrees, it still didn't give heat. The breakfast was decent, but it could have had more options and also, there was a hair in the apple pie.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Kudos to them!Breakfast was decent, but don't expect a lot. You have to ask at reception for a to-go cup for the coffee. The view from the 6th floor was nice

One of the beds had a broken wheel. The other one had stains on the lower part of the mattress.No mosquitos net at the balcony.

Everything was good. The staff we're so helpful and caring. Breakfast was awesome. It felt like home.

Check-in and out hours may not suit for some.

The apartment was roomy, clean and nice. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.

Parking area not paved and few steps away. Could be a problem with lot of luggage and during bad weather. Room service not available. Air conditioning in the living room to weak to cool down. Pull out bed uncomfortable.

The hotel is modern and spacious, convenient location, just a short walk to Vitisho Boulevard. Wonderful spacious car park that was free for guests. The breakfast was ample and tasty. Mariana on Reception was so warm and friendly, she ensured we felt at ease as soon as we walked in.

There was nothing that I didn’t like, it’s a gem of a find.

The location is close to everything. Employees are super nice, Maria and Suetlozar are very attentive and courteous.The breakfast buffet was exceptionally and delicious, and the dinner was excellent, and reasonable prices ?

The room was comfortable, and had nice central air. The staff was kind and the breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from.

No coffee sachets provided for the kettle in room only sugar was there , I had to buy outside. The soap dispenser by bath was empty.

The location is great.

The cigarettes smell in the lobby. We went on top floor all night was some noise, I don't know what it was air conditioning or something else.

Good place in Sofia. Close to airport and old town. Big and clean rooms. Good breakfast

Nothing to complain

The hotel is old and lights in the room are very dark. The towel is dirty and old, I need to change it when I check in. The breakfast is ok. The receptionist on day time is very nice, but the guy on night time is not friendly. Overall I don’t recommend it.

The hotel is acceptable for single travelers but for family room is small. Breakfast is ordinary. Close to bus station

Staff were helpful and very accommodating. The hotel is close to the bus station for inter-city travel. We had a balcony with views to the snow capped mountains.

The beds weren't the greatest and our room was very small. Breakfast lacked choice, was badly set out (people were walking all over the place - no logical layout) and the dining room looked a bit shabby. The breakfast was the worst we had during a 5-week Balkan tour. We wouldn't have chosen this hotel but we extended our stay in Sofia by one night after our tour finished (the hotel was booked by the tour operator) and it was convenient. Many others on the tour chose to go to other hotels after one night at the Budapest but we stayed because it was convenient to the bus station.

Location is ok

Almost all the tea cup I got in the room were broken and leaking, heater making a lot of noise and working only when you are there, no carpet in bathroom , only small shower gel units, getting invoice was really complicated

The room size was adequate and there were surfaces to put things on. There was a kettle, something other rooms on our travels through The Balkans lacked.The bathroom was quite spacious and the towels of a reasonable size. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too firm for me. The restaurant served a good evening meal and I can recommend the ribs - they melt away in your mouth.All staff were very helpful, especially our waitress in the restaurant.It’s only a 2-300m walk to the metro and if you explore, there’s a system of lifts if you have a suitcase, and you can just change once and get to the airport.

Breakfast was adequate but there was not as much choice as in other hotels on our travels. However, they did have English Breakfast tea to brighten my day, and fresh milk.We had a window onto the main road so we were woken up early by trams rushing by. However, if you don’t focus on it you can get back to sleep and you almost get used to it.
