The room was cozy, everything was clean. The staff (both morning and late shifts) were extremely helpful! Special thanks to them.Also, the location is very good, next to a big avenue and close to a metro station.

The location is excellent, close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops.The hotel has great facilities, everything is clean and well maintained.The room was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything I needed for my stay.Overall, a great place to stay in Sofia with excellent value for money.

Great location. Very kind receptionist. The room is all you need for a business trip - comfortable bed, excellent shower, space for your suitcase and a kettle. Overall the hotel is very clean.

There is no elevator so if you are travelling with a big suitcase it could be challenging.

Nothing particular.There is no elevator in the hotel which might be a bit trouble to some people as you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. However, it was not a problem for me.

What I loved about the hotel was the location and the stuff. The breakfast and the room were excellent!

I enjoyed a peaceful and quiet time in the top centre. The staff was amazing and always polite. I felt welcomed and looked after.

No elevator, so was very challenging to carry the suitcase to the third floor via the small staircase

staff were excellent. the location is really good for you to get to wherever you want to go. lovely and quiet breakfast was very good as well

the only minor thing is within our room. there was a walkway to your your bathroom and there were two small windows which could do with some sort of blind or curtain just to cut the light out at in the morning

We weren’t that impressed with breakfast, the choice was limited, you had to pre order the night before even though it was a continental

The room is very cosy and comfortable. Every morning fresh made breakfast of your wishes. The staff is super friendly and supports you in any case.

The room was not cleaned properly and was dusty. The furniture also looked old and the room was not cozy. I have never seen so small quantity of food for breakfast (for example, you order bread and they literally bring you only one slice of cheap bread) and was not good at all. It was also impossible to connect to wi-fi from my room. If you leave hotel in the evening they aks you to call a Bulgarian number when you come back, because they close the entrance door. This hotel should not call itself 'boutique hotel' at all. It is quite badly managed and you can find much better options in Sofia for the money they charge
