The area at night. It's perfectly safe but a bit of an urban jungle. Fine during daytime.

The hotel is close to Sofia's ring road; so if you want quick access to the highway, it's ok!The room is big and clean, the bed is comfortable.Breakfast is good and quite varied; the restaurant on the 12th floor offers a beautiful view but is not used to its maximum potential.Parking is ok!

Cleanliness is lacking outside the room: the hallway carpet, as are the elevator and passageways, are very dirty.Although on the website it appears that this hotel has a restaurant, they only serve breakfast; around the hotel, you only have fast food restaurants.There is no TV and refrigerator in the room... not even a bottle of water! these are essential conditions for 4 stars

It's a nice quality hotel with an interesting mix of guests and with easy access to the metro. Good value for money and nice breakfast

The curtains in the room need an upgrade. As light comes in quite early. Apart from that, perfect stay

Excellent self check in/check out through an app, room very big with comfortable bed, breakfast varied and delicious. The location for us was perfect as outside the hotel there is a big park where we could walk our dog. Very nice place, definitely recommend.

One of the room was very dirty! The sheets had hair and something like sand on them! In the other room the bed was very small.

Large rooms, comfortable beddings, easy access from car park, clever concept (needs improvements) breakfast was AWESOME, food quality, variety and presentation. Views from the breakfast room beautiful!

The process until you get your digital key, very complicated and time consuming. If your phone runs out of battery or is stolen late at night, forget getting into your room! Concept felt a bit unsafe. Bathroom had hair everywhere, no second toilet roll of paper…

Very clean with such big rooms and bathrooms, so nice decorated!!

There should be a tv in the room...

The room was spacious, and comfortable, excellent staff very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived we had a problem checking in, nobody on the reception to help, had to go to the 12th floor but was a minor inconveniance.

- A fridge in the room would've been nice- Our shower was broken. You couldn't adjust its height, nor could you set it to have the water drop from the top. You were left with it just pointing to your stomach

First of all, the reception lady was SUPER friendly and helpful! Also, our room was really big and comfortable. The design and the colours of the room were so beautiful and calming. It was very clean and would definitely come back! Strongly recommended!!!!! ?

the idea of the hotel is very good, the room was very spacious and clean, not great quality of the furnitures/ flooring etc, but all in all okay for one night. breakfast was not too bad, the restaurant was very nice.

Communication = 0. After checking out, we found out the we forgot a phone charger in the room, then called the hotel and they told us, they will let the housekeeper check and send us an email later that day.We received no email, nothing!! Much worse in my opinion is that you can’t reach them on the phone, as we tried multiple times. This is not normal for a hotel at all. Apropos, same experience 1 day before our arrival. I tried calling the hotel to ask for a king size bed (as per our reservation), because apparently what you book is not what you get (no hint of that during the booking). 6 hours and 15+ unsuccessful calls later, I reached someone and was able to get a solution for the problem. With all that being said, I will most definitely rate the Service/ Personal with 0. Also, not a problem for us, but still not very welcoming to locals- the most of the staff (probably the only 2 people working there) does not speak Bulgarian, which is odd to me considering the fact that they are working in Bulgaria.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was open buffet and delicious. It was quiet.

Location was little difficult who doesn’t live in the area.

This hotel is on another level. The self check in is a great option, no need to queue at the reception, you get your room pass via your phone and then as well you self check out. Great breakfast, altogether 10 out of 10 for me (single traveler)

Ideal place for IT guys. Self-checkin and NTF key in smartphone - great feature. Good combination of hotel, breakfast, parking, co-working, gym. Rooms have a plenty of space. We'll designed.

Periodically issues with air conditioning in rooms and gym. But once I notified regarding issue with it, hotel proposed to move to another room. And they very nice and supportive.They don't have one big bed, they place together two twin beds. For singles who wanna have a queen size bed might be not that it is expected when you book room with 1 big bed.

A Clean and quite place with beautiful view. A whole new facilities are equipped for guest convenience.. A Tasty breakfast also. Staffs are kind and passionate. Two Thumbs Up!
