- The young lady at reception was polite and very helpful. It must be embarrassing for her to welcome guests in to this "hotel"
- Friendly staff and owner present. Easy access to airport.
Cons -
- We booked this hotel because they told us that they did airport shuttle and they did not. The hotel said it had a restaurant, it did but it was closed. We booked a balcony room and when we opened the balcony door it fell off. The carpet was mouldy . There was about a 6" gap between the end of the bed and the cabinet with a TV that did not work. The tiny bathroom had urine on the floor and mould around the base of the toilet. No kettle or other coffee or basic facilities that you would expect. pillows was made from pieces of foam that was very lumpy. The shower soaked the toilet and the toilet roll and you had to mop the water up using a towel. The only good thing i can say about the room was the bed was actually clean and comfortable. It makes me wonder if the management walk around with their eyes closed or have become accustomed to how dirty their hotel has become! We had to resort to going to a shop around the corner to buy something to drink and eat, we asked the hotel for a glass and a couple of plates, they did not have any!
- Need a kettle in the room for a hot drink.
