- Super spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent
- Big spacious rooms
- The room and hotel was beautiful
Cons -
- There are no facilities and amenities everything has to be paid extra and prices to use indoor pool with kids was ridiculously expensive
- The value for money was not good. Breakfast was not included neither was the pool. I have never in my life had to pay extra for the pool and hot tubs and sauna. Plus, they were only barely warm. Totally disappointed since the spa facility was the reason I chose this hotel.
- It was the worse customer experience, I went to the restaurant in 28floor to eat with my family and the lady at the front desk‘spectrum restaurant’ she asked us to leave because my 11 years old daughter wears a sport jacket, my daughter started crying about the way she treated her… we went t use the pool they changed us 116 euros for 2 hours use… and I can keep going

The hotel was nice. Very comfortable. Kids friendly. Make restaurant. Walking distance to the main
The hotel should have mention that the spa and swimming pool is paid for the use.
The room is huge and very comfortable. The gym is amazing and the Spa as well. They should allow the entrance to SPA only for adults and keep the rules for a quiet and peaceful environmental…it looks more an aqua park than a Spa…the facilities are awesome but not quite at all.
The SPA looks more an aqua Park than a quiet and peaceful environment
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The suite was spacious, comfortable and felt properly luxurious. From the 27th floor we had a great view over the city, and the location is close enough to the centre to get around easily. The sky bar is a real highlight, stylish, with amazing panoramic views over Sofia. We also liked the variety and quality of the hotel’s dining options. With several restaurants and bars to choose from, you don’t even need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. Whether you’re in Sofia for business meetings or a weekend escape, this place nails it on style, service and atmosphere.
the rooms are enormous! so big and specious. the reception guy helped us with baby chiar to the room so we could feed her comfortably.
The SPA in the hotel is ridiculous. the treatments quality are very very very low. the personal in the SPA are not nice, and even though we booked several treatments in advance, we end up not getting all of them and charged for it by the SPA. AND didnt get access to the SPA area. supper not friendly experience, and again- they basic is that the treatment will be pleasant, relaxing and professional- and they were not. The M restaurant is supper not tasty. We paid for 2 breakfast- and end up going only once cause the food was really low quality. we paid for all breakfast in the other hotel restaurant which were great.
Comfortable, clean and spacious
Large room. Breakfast excellent. Staff at breakfast incredible with excellent memories for special requests and speedy service. Reception is different; indifferent and often unhelpful particularly the male staff.
See above. Not certain the purpose of concierge with help with taxis. They were never there to help. Restaurants variable quality
Good location and big comfortable bed
Staff -not all but most of them- not interested in customers. Housekeeping only cleaned what’s in sight. Hair strings were left in the tub for 4 days!!!
The breakfast, both food quality and venue could be definitely improved. Also the fact that access to the SPA area isn't included and you need to pay 40 euros per person is very disappointing for a 5 star hotel, and this room price range.
Spacious room
Location in the middle of nowhereBreakfast is not what experted from 5 stars hotel
The hotel's cleanliness was truly exceptional, and we were very impressed. Every aspect of the establishment appeared to be maintained with meticulous care. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. It created a welcoming and comfortable environment for us. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others.
True 5 star
Extra cost for parking. The euro 50/night for a small dog which is just a tax since you don’t get even a treat and you are still bound to pay for any damage, is exagerrated
Great roomsGreat breakfastGood restaurants specially the one on 29th floor
Very low water stream in bathroomPrice high
Spacious rooms, great breakfast, good location, fabulous gym
All good
Large and spacious rooms .excellent bathroom
Expensive breakfast
Location, walking distance to downtown
I chose this because of the view shown in pictures. We got 10th floor, view not as impressive as expected. Especially the windows are not clean at all, which doesn’t match the five star hotel expectation.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegant. The view over the city spectacular. The location extremely convenient. Planning to stay in Millenium again in the future.
