This hotel is very overrated. While the concept is good, the property is poorly maintained.Cleanliness is below standard in both the rooms and common areas. Staff does not make guests feel welcome even during the initial check in at rexeption. The lobby area is often dirty in the evenings, with muddy floors and uncleared tables, as cleaning seems to stop in the afternoon.There are also many other small but important details that highlight the lack of proper maintenance and attention to detail. For example, the room card is provided in a very old, almost torn paper holder obviously for multiple use, which is unhygienic and reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards. The reception area itself is often untidy, with board games scattered around, and on several occasions there was no one at the reception for up to 20 minutes.The restaurant is extremely expensive for what it offers—the food quality is average and not memorable. Room conditions were disappointing as well: poor window insulation, cold drafts, dirty cabinets and only lukewarm water in the bathroom.Overall, the hotel lacks proper management and attention to detail. Only the location—and possibly a summer stay—can justify the high price for what it has to offer.

Spa closed before the mentioned time. It is supposed to work until 21:00 but jacuzzi and sauna was already not working at 19:45

Great location, good selection of food and drinks, beautiful views

I recently stayed at this delightful mountain hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The panoramic views are breathtaking, and the rooms are well-appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. While the spa area is compact, it’s thoughtfully organized and provides a relaxing atmosphere. One small suggestion would be to add an in-room kettle for hot water, which would enhance convenience. Overall, a serene and welcoming retreat—I would gladly return.

Beautiful view

Very far from the city. We arrived on a very foggy day and the road was scary. There was no place to park the car. Not very nice staff

The location, breakfast and the spirit

The room is too small for a family 2+2. There is a window from toalet to the bedroom.

A clean and very pleasant hotel with a wonderful view. The rooms are very warm and cozy, and the bed is comfortable. The food at the restaurant is delicious, and the staff is extremely friendly. The spa is not large, but it is sufficient. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing place to relax , really nice outdoor sauna, the room was really nice and clean. The breakfast was also really good

All round lovely hotel. Clean, stylish and the location was just what we were after. The spa was lovely (although the steam room was very very hot!). Breakfast ok, evening food was very good, the staff were always helpful and good with our toddler.

Although the hotel clearly welcomes children (there’s a play room and they provide small towel/robe/slippers) they were not catered for in the restaurant. Every evening we ended up ordering our toddler an adult-sized meal. Whereas a kids menu, or even the option to have a smaller portion of what’s already on the menu, would have been better.Thankfully our toddler likes to eat pasta and rice, so ate some of what we ordered for her, (and we ate the rest!) but if you have a picky toddler, you might have a problem.

The Room was nice. The Location brilliant.

It was smelly. Spa was a bit Dirty and not well thought. For example towels to Small. Breakfast was a Collection of the cheapest ingredients you could find. Way to overpriced for what the Hotel offered.

Lovely suite, the living room turned into the spare room with fold out bed.

The sofa bed was hard as nails! The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable though.

The facilities and ambience are both exceptional. The spa area was very nice and also the bar was very cozy with a nice view. The room was spacious and very convenient with children. They had ropes and slippers even for the kids and it was super cute.

A kettle plus coffee/tea could be nice to have in the room.

It's very warm, cozy, and clean. You can't beat the location. Staff is really nice, especially at the bar and restaurant. Atmosphere, food selection, and quality at the restaurant are quite good too.Breakfast is fine, although there could be more choices.Overall, it's a favorite place for me and my family.

- SPA zone is a bit worn out. The water hose in the steam bath is completely broken. The door connecting the main SPA zone with the garden and external sauna is not closing properly for more than a year now (it was the same when I visited in January last year).- Body lotion in the room was depleted (same as last time)

Facilities, location, food, value and many more!

I would recommend a little later departure of kitchen staff. We had physical obstruction to enquire about dinner prior to 21:50, hence I do not comment adhering to inner standards and rules, I would just recommend to have later dinners especially in high season. Also, website information and reception information on check-in time, differs, which creates unnecessary tension upon arrival. We did not wait long, though.Lovely place however, All the best wishes!

The place is magical! For people that understand and see true magic in places. The room we stayed in was wooden with a view of the forest. A comfy bed the spa was nice and so was the restaurant.
