No breakfast at the property

Everything was good, clean and excellent location

Great location and newly renovated rooms with comfortable bed, clean, kettle and fridge.

The rooms are located above a bar/disco with extremely loud bass beats until 2 or 3 in the morning, walls vibrating, impossible to sleep. It is unacceptable that this is not mentioned in the description. Also, the whole building smells of smoke from the bar.

Even though everything is fine, I want to WARN people about these apartments being above a nightclub, and it stinks of cigarette smoke, and there's a lot of noise .

The Night Club in the same building is a problem.

There is a club in the same building. Friday and saturday night you hear the bass all night till early morning. There is also the smoke of the cigarettes from the club in the building

electricity went out, we called but they didnt solve the problem or come back to us although they promised they would. It was our last day and we were not even able to charge our phones.

It started nice. Good location, the room looked very good, spacious and modern. Minibar, toiletries, wifi - all meeting expectations, even for the somewhat hefty price tag for Sofia.

When evening came, the downstairs bar turned into a nightclub. The music was so loud that even two stories up in what was called a soundproofed room, the sound level was a bit more than I would normally listen to. The bed and furniture vibrated with the basses. All this continued deep into the night, making it impossible to sleep.In addition, the room filled with cigarette smoke, so despite having a non-smoking room, you are forced into passive smoking throughout the night. The disgusting smell was still there the next morning.Same thing repeated the following night, so we cancelled the third one and went elsewhere.Overall a horrible experience. No warning about this when booking, instead it is advertised as a soundproof and non-smoking room. Absolutely not recommended!

Amazing room. Stylish, great bed, clean and more than expected. The restaurant on the ground level is a very popular place. the bathroom is perfect. and from the hotel it is a very nice walk to the city center but the area of the hotel is 1 of the most beautiful in Sofia. nice shops, great restaurants and bars and just 60 meters from rhe hotel the most cozy breakfast bar of Sofia. Since the hotel doesn't serve breakfast this breakfast bar is highly recommended.

No breakfast in the hotel. but a breakfast bar very near to have an amazing breakfast and they serve the best coffee in the city and all the bread is baked fresh. it is a perfect start of the day.

Pretty nice location. Perfectly cleaned room, very spacious, loves the natural day light. Beautiful interior.

A little hard to find. It’s above the bar, when we asked the servers they didn’t know what we were talking about. Noise from the bar is not as bad as we first thought.

The room is nice

The bar downstairs was throwing parties every day beyond 4am, one could hear the beats. What was really bad is that the living room of the apartment smelled of smoke from the bar

Perfect location, fast and easy check in & out, super clean and great price.Bar downstairs is a bit noisy, but rooms are heavily sound insulated so no issues at all!

Everything, it was my second time staying at embassy and i will chose it again next year! Special mention to Luba who works downstairs at the bar, fantastic guy!

Location, room size and design as well as clenliness.

The noise (really loud!) as well as the tobacco smoke smell coming from the bar on the ground floor until the early morning hours. Unnaceptable for that price!

Excellent hospitality and welcoming, wonderful facilities & very modern Spa offering private session. Complimentary refreshments at all times. Elaine looked after us for those 3 days and was very caring towards us ensuring we had the best experience ever. Thank you Elaine - you are truly wonderful.

Less sound from the bar downstairs and no full comfort for 2 people and food options

The location couldn't be more ideal, nestled among embassies and just a stroll away from Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the military academy, and key landmarks like Sofia University, the Opera House, and the National Art Gallery. This setting offers a reassuring sense of safety, even during late-night walks. Check-in was a breeze, and communication through Booking.com was promptly attended to, ensuring a smooth and efficient process

The ground floor cocktail bar is renowned for its exquisite cocktails, making it an ideal destination for a delightful nightcap. However, for those preferring an early bedtime like ourselves, the audible bass from the music permeated our room on the third floor. Additionally, as individuals with heightened olfactory sensitivity, we detected the scent of cigarette smoke wafting from the bar, persisting in our room until morning. It appears that due to the historical preservation of the building, ventilation limitations contribute to the transport of odors via upward air currents.

The stuff is okay. The place is also good.

The room is very small. The bathroom is separated from the bed by a glass door so if you’re travelling as a pair, you should be very confident in your relationship to use it.No welcoming tea or coffee for the guests. No spoons either. And no shoehorn.The worst part: a bar on the ground floor. We stayed on the 3rd floor and still heard some music. It happened on Wednesday. Image what it would be on Friday. The bar is open until 4am. After a sleepless night we asked for the refund.The room was not cleaned properly. The shower had some long black hairs on the tiles.

Apartment was super clean, excellently furnished and located in the best area of Sofia. It is really beautiful. The staff was also super friendly.

The room was nice, the bed was wide and comfy, and the air con and radiators worked well.

The rooms are above a bar, and on my final night (a Wednesday) it was playing music so loud I could feel the vibrations when I was in bed. This went on until 3:45 in the morning - there was no warning or no explanation that this would be the case. I don't know what I would have done if I was travelling with children.
