Nadejda Hotel

The staff was extremely nice and helpful.Location is good and there is a car park.The rooms are big and quiet.

The mattress was very old and the springs worn so I was dipping in the middle, didn’t sleep well.I informed the staff and they said they will take care :)Also in the sky bar people were smoking inside.No ventilation or open windows

There is a lift, air con in the room, bed was comfortable

Clean - very dusty, smells on cigarette, towels were awful and also smells on cigarettes

Reception service, when I was leaving. The man at reception tried to charge me again,the reason was my payment via booking was blocked, and they didn't receive the money. When I told him his colleague who checked me in said it's paid. He still was trying to get more money, and charge me again, until I told him I got an email with a receipt for my payment with the booking. Then he " double checked" again and said yes everything is fine. For sure I don't want to stay there again!!!!

The beds and furniture were clean and fresh, the mattresses were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom floor was wet in certain places from some water leakage onto the bathroom floor, either from the shower or toilet or both, not sure. There was an uncovered spot near the light switches which made me nervous about turning the lights on and off.

the parking was for 5 cars and it was busy. the head shower was broken. and the bedroom case was cut (with hole). and it was dirty.

everything as soon as i entered the premises me and my family started receiving a negative responses as we had parked at the wrong spot but we came here for holiday and received really bad service from the workers. i showed my booking i had done and the payment that i had payed they told me i had to pay again. my car was outside the building and i went to get get some cash for the coffe i had braucht and the workers were following me like i’m a thief while all my kids and things are inside. the room wasn’t clean when we entered there was so much bugs inside and there was a really bad smell. despite all of that i hadn’t complained and carried on with my day until this morning. when i go to ehrtet the restaurant to go have breakfast with my kids as i was entering the breakfast area i had got pushed by one of the workers saying i hasn’t payed. so i showed them on my payment and they spent their time about 10-15 saying i have to pay when i have already payed and they kept denying it so then i told them that i’m going to leave and complain about the service i am receiving as laying hands on a customer is disgusting. i saw other people in there no one had any problems however when it came to me i received really bad disrespect and i reminded them in a customer they ignored it and carried on disrespecting me in front of my kids and i didn’t want to cause a scene as my kids are all minors. my stay was really bad i don’t recommend this hotel it does have a nice view but that’s the only thing

Simple and clean, more than sufficient for a good night's rest. Good view of the city from the back rooms.

You need to arrive early to secure a parking spot on location

Good friendly staff, cozy room with everything what you might need. Location was chosen due to some business in that area

A no-thrills hotel, conveniently located for my needs. Clean and comfortable enough, reasonably priced.

The hotel car park was either always full, or tricky to use. The breakfast never looked appealing, so I stayed away from the restaurant.

The beds were so comfortable and the staff very friendly. The girls at the front desk spoke English and answered all our questions. I was happy we could buy water (there were also other things available) in the lobby downstairs.

It was hard to find parking exactly at the hotel, but we managed to find a spot nearby.

It is clean, good facilities and good location if you have some work in this part of Sofia.

The reastorant was not working and we have breakfast to go. 2 sendwiches, one with cheese and one with ham, some cake from the supermarjet, the same all 5 days. Coffee from the machine in plastic cups. I recomended not to pay additional for this. Hotel do not accept pets, please do this with deposit or extra pay, but accept pet dogs.

The hotel was generally clean

Rude staff, restaurant was closed (with no advance notice of this) and they were serving plain packed sandwiches instead-which we were also refused even though they were included in our package. extremely unprofessional and disheartening treatment.

The staff was friendly :) I liked the historical paintings.

Desk in the room was sticky and dirty. There was a smell of pets.

Breakfast room was closed so we got just a couple of sandwiches and a chocolate cake on the go.

The only positive thing was that the mattress and the pillow were comfortable.

The room smelled of cigarettes but it was classified as non-smokers room. The carpet was burned by cigarettes in many places.It’s first time I face with a breakfast in a package (two sandwiches made from the cheapest products and a waffle (the cheap one of course). When I asked the staff why I haven’t been informed about type of breakfast they told me it’s as information in Booking.com. I checked my reservation and couldn’t find such an information. I can type more about the hygiene, noisy place (the room was on the first floor facing to the bus stop on a main street), the bathroom was really very wasted and all was pour quality. But briefly that is the worst place I’ve booked ever with Booking.com.
