Great location and comfortable, quiet rooms

Bathroom was not entirely clean as it had moldy sealant in the shower

Location, parking, staff were nice.

Quite noisy - every time someone walks in the corridor and enters/leaves their room you can hear them and that may disrupt sleep. Bathrooms could use some renovation.

The continental breakfast was adequate and service very accommodating. The breakfast area was small and crowded at times, which made it less relaxing.

Rooms are comfortable, clean and modern. Garage is convenient facility in city center. Very central location but it is quite around hotel which is great

Breakfast room is actually in front of reception without much space. Variety for breakfast would be great.

The property was in a great location! There are plenty of options for bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast

Hotel was clean, breakfast good with quite a variety of food like eggs, pancakes, potatoes, cold cuts, bread, pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, cereal, honey, jam, coffee and milk. Staff was helpful and responsive, and I would definitely stay again.

The noisy extractor fan in the bathroom. Unfortunately, there was no way to switch it off.

Aircon was in heat only mode and the room was too hot. It was way too noisy to open the window. Breakfast room is tiny and didn’t have enough tables for everyone

It was in a great location, rooms were big and beds comfy.

It was so hot in the room. The AC didn’t do anything, just blew warm air even though it was at 10c. Only one window opened, but only opened partially. It meant we slept out of the sheets.Housekeeping didn’t take away the dirty glasses/coffee mugs or replaced the coffee each morning which was disappointing.Also ran out of toilet roll and had to request more. Usually there’d be a second roll.Very dusty in areas as well.

It was a nice, cozy place to stay in a great location. The room was clean, the breakfast was fulfilling and tasty, and the staff was extremely friendly.

It was warm in March, and their air conditioner only supported the heat mode during this period. The open window barely saved this situation, and it was uncomfortably hot in the room for quite some time.

Excellent value for the price. Excellent location. Large rooms. Great breakfast. Only minus is breakfast room is super small so difficult to find a table.

Very good location, very close to main city objects

The taxi driver in the morning was very rude. I have already sent a complaint to Yellow Taxi. The driver started screaming when we mentioned that we would be paying by card instead of in local currency and cash. I assume it would be beneficial for guests to clarify this point before assistance is provided with booking a taxi

Location is excellent, close to main area and close to historical sites. Close to many restaurants,close to metro stations if required.

The breakfast was poor, hot items were cold, not much choice and seemed like it was a couple of days old. Not much space.

The staff was super-helpful; location is ideal, in a quiet street close to the main street of Sofia. Very pleasant neighbourhood with lots of restaurants.

Couldn't get the aircon/heating balance quite right, very stuffy in room overnight. Probably down to user error.
