Pros +
- Cozy small hotel. Nice simple breakfast. Affordable
- Location was good and the staff were friendly
- Clean bedsheets, clean surfaces, a lot of space in the room, free breakfasts and amazing value for money! Location is very very close to the thermal park.
Cons -
- Sometimes canalization smells
- There was no elevator, the restaurant was not open, the room was very old and run down, the shower was broken of the wall, the room was dirty, and there was ants in the room. The WiFi did not work either
- Minor spots on towels, duvet cover, no cleaning (but towels were replaced, rubbish was taken out) and a bit of insects.

Excellent location, just next to the Thermal spa. Good breakfast, convenient room. Everything was fine
friendly staff, got a larger room as it was available
pretty basic, rooms are small/poorly furnished, small desks; found some small beetles in the room; breakfast also basic, not much choice; restaurant was closed but the hotel next door offered a reasonable buffet meal
That they said that they are pet friendly
The receptionist, barman and director of the hotel raised the voices at me, the last one even pushed me and did not let me go into my room to take my things and my dog. This is unacceptable against EU consumer law. They do not speak english, they behave vulgarly and violently, they called the police lying that my dog was not on a leash, my dog had a leash and a muzzle - the police saw this. This place is dangerous for normal people and pets - keep away!
Everything was perfect. Lovely hotel, kind staff, absolutely dog friendly and the room was beautiful and spacious! The breakfast was also super. We cannot wait to come back :)
Spacious, clean room, quiet environment. Very good breakfast.
