Wonderful breakfast and location in old town on main square.

Should have given better instructions on dropping bags at the back door before checking in, since they knew our apartment was up 150 steps.

Property and staff were great. Styer is a great place to visit. Walk the town. Take the elevator to the viewpoint. Hike/Bike/Walk along the rivers

Parking was challenging

Had the guest house which was very nice except no air conditioning as promised when asked prior to booking. Also lots of outside stairs to get to it which was tough as it was raining hard. Not good if you have trouble walking. Also lots of stairs to the bedrooms

It was well located with nice staff

Very minimalist, no extras in the rooms. You will expect more for a 4 stars hotel

The great location to explore the town

The room is quite small when compare to others 4 stars hotel

I fell in love with this hotel and the neighborhood! I loved the decoration of the room, it was very big! We stoped in this place in our way from Vienna to Tyrol! The city is out of this world! Charming, historicalThe location is near everything you need

Booking.com website indicated bathrobe, slippers and kettle but these were not available in the room

The bed mattress is a little bit too soft. It is hard to book the spa.

The location.

The reception was closed and there was virtually no staff member post check in at the hotel. Consequentially, the ‘wellness centre’ was closed.There were also no other facilities in the hotel.When it comes to the room, basic 4* amenities were missing such as slippers, body lotion, second pillow and since nobody was at the reception, there was no support. Rooms are big however.Breakfast room was beautiful, but the food was ok-ish. Supermarket quality. Could be more versatile and better quality.

Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms, and good breakfast

It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel. We needed to rest during a long drive and it was a really nice place. We slept like babies and the breakfast was also really delicious. Parking looks a bit far but it was really only a 3 minute walk.

Always a good selection at breakfast and the hotel always want to know what they can improve for you to make you as comfortable as possible. Will go the extra mile. If staying in Steyr always pick the stadt.

Being there for work and not pleasure

Always happy and helpful at the Stadt. Always met with a smile and your comfort and satisfaction matters to all of the staff. The new reception/lobby area is nice to chill out and Relax.

The room had just the bare essentials, not a very good shower, very average breakfast buffet, some listed features are misleading or incorrect

So we booked the apartment that is associated with the hotel. I expected it to be of a similar quality to the hotel which is 4 stars. The location was good ,right on the main street with access to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast which as included was good.

That is where the positive comments end. The place was not clean. The living area had a dead cockroach on the floor in the corner of the living area and there were cobwebs in the curtains in the bedrooms. There were no coffee pods which were refilled upon notification but the coffee makers water reservoir was somewhat corroded and we did not feel comfortable using it. Be aware the are sets of stairs to be used to get up to the apartment and the place it self is 3 floors with no bathroom on the main floor. Parking was also a bit tricky.

Great location in the heart of Steyr. Great hotel with a great room. Parkhouse across the river makes this place easily accessible.
