Staff was attentive

No Air Conditioning in either room and elevator broke down for a day and I am handicapped.

Nice location to visit Freising

We arrived early and knew we couldn’t check-in but our friend who lives in Freising asked the receptionist if she could call him if the room became available earlier. Also we were willing to pay $10 euro per hour for each hour early we would check in. She told him that he should call her to see if it was available. I think the appropriate response would have been it’s unlikely but would call if did indeed become available earlier. Not the best customer service!

The room was clean and comfortable; service was always helpful and friendly. Even though this is not a hotel run by private owners, the atmophere , the way the staff members talked to people was personal and almost familiar, i.e. if the guest wanted to have a little chat. In my experience this is unusual in a hotel.The breakfast buffet was great, eg. scrambled eggs, fruit bowl and - to my delight - even marmalade, not just jam.

It was a quite nice hotel, clean facilities and room. I arrived late and left early so I don't know about anything except the friendly staff and good room. Convenient enough to reach from MUC airport (via the bus you can find up the stairs found in the large "outside" space between terminals).

The only downside I'd say is the 15-20 min. walk from the local train station - there are local buses to get you closer, but it was simply faster for me to walk that time of night/morning than wait on a bus. Nothing negative I'd note about the hotel itself, except perhaps expensive - but it is the Munich area, so prices are high anyway.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, always smiling and in a good mood. The breakfast room was very nice, clean and quiet. I really liked it. The location is fantastic, you can walk to the pedestrian street of Freising where you can get everything you need and want. And did not even know that you need and want it. ;-) The bathroom was very nice and spacious.

The room was very small for 2 people with 2 suitcases. There was no space to turn around. The bathroom light would go on and off by itself and wake up the other person. The rooms is okay for 1 person but not for 2 friends, unless you are a couple.

Few options for breakfast and too expensive.

Staff tried to be helpful when I had issues with the electricitiy in the room, even in the night. Breakfast was quite good.

The electricity and WIFI control in the room is very strange - many levels of switch. Also my room, except the bathroom part, once got a power outage in the night. It was only fixed by turning on another switch in the basement by the hotel staff. Even as a Chinese, the "feng-shui" style designed in the hotel looks strange and suspicious.

The beds were not very comfortable. There is axno see through glass wall between bedroom and bathroom. You can't turn the light on in the bathroom at night without waking the other person up because the bedroom would be lit up. There is not really a place to sit at night, not in the room, and the lobby sitting area is small and not very comfortable.

The price was good.

Hard to find at night. Very hard beds. Bathroom smelled of mold.

TV in room should be a smart TV.

Shoutout to the team of Achat Hotel for their great service! I’ve met the most friendly receptionists here!I had a problem with the wifi on my first day there, but got a helpful advice about it from one of the receptionist who came to my room directly as soon as called. Complained about it again in the 2nd day, but then I was moved to the other room, thanks to very helpful and responsive receptionist. Additionally, thanks to the housekeeper who did the job very neatly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

If I may suggest, perhaps it would be better to put a plastic bag or something in the trash bin.

We stayed one night. Good choice for morning flights out of Munich airport. Clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect and the hotel is beautiful. The hotel room met our needs to the one night that we stayed there. Perfect hotel to stay in the night before a flight out if Munich.

Locating the parking garage was a bit confusing and is an experience. 17 EUR for breakfast is pretty steep for that is provided. The bed is extremely firm.
