- The room was nice and the food in the hotel was excellent.
- The hotel is new, clean, and professionally staffed. Our room was exactly as described on the website. Free parking is available either in front of the hotel in one of six spaces or in a protected parking garage for a fee.
- Staff was excellent. Employee was very efficient and provided an impeccable customer service. She gave an extra mile trying to help us with our cellphone that was found at the train station. Employee, was very helpful.
Cons -
- The location was convenient, but a little far from the train and the town with bags. We took the shuttle to the airport, but we would suggest that they hand out a directional map to show how to get around to check in. The airport directions are unclear.
- The location although listed as the Munich Airport Marriott Hotel is located in the middle of Freising and is not adjacent to the airport as I expected. Friesing is an historic small town and difficult to navigate through on the way to the rental return.
