    Pros +

    • It was a nice walk into town and close to a bus stop. Easy way to get to the Munich airport without stress the next morning.
    • The place was comfortable, we had a nice dinner there and the staff were friendly and helpful.
    • The location is great. Staff friendly. Room was comfortable

    Cons -

    • The single room was very small. But it was clean and comfortable. The larger rooms online look much nicer.
    • Road construction was a little noisy, but that can’t be helped
    • Late check-in (after 16:00) and no possibility to meet someone there earlier even if I asked via phone call. Would have been enough to drop-off my luggage, but reservation is not staffed before 16:00. Check-out time if 10:00 was no problem for us as we had to catch a morning flight, but is still on the early side.

Good location with regards to distance to the airport and walking distance to the city centre. The restaurant had great local food offers.

Would have been enough to drop-off my luggage, but reservation is not staffed before 16:00. Affordable price. A bit far from the train station, but accessible by bus. As appeared in the name, Heurige is accommodated in the house, so guests can enjoy various kinds of wine immediately.

The equipments were rather simple, but it did not matter.

Charming traditional hotel w,/ traditional restaurant & Tyrolean dishes. English spoken? I spoke German there, so I didn't really test it much. I imagine they have the skill. Very friendly helpful staff, once they show up (see "not so great" section)

Location: a 20 min walk from the beautiful town square and church, where there are many more offerings of food, shops, very charming views, and the famous Weihenstephaner brewery.Staffing: Check in 16:30, not the usual 15:00. (fine print,) It was really 16:45 (4:45 pm) by the time they got me settled. Monday closed (rstrt). I didn't like sitting on a little bench in the middle of a sparse neighborhood, tired, waiting for someone to show up to ck me in, at an unusually late time.

Picturesque surroundings with a nearby stream, magnificent cathedral, and a corner bakery with delicious pastries.

Some recommendations for places around to have breakfast and dinner, as their own restaurant was closed on that day.

Perfect little quiet overnight room with all amenities needed.

You'll need a taxi to get to the train station. No breakfast.

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, next to excellent bakery and fabulous Italian Restaurant. Area is quiet and felt safe.

We came when the hotel restaurant and bar was closed so no staff on site. Had to call the number listed on booking.com and got good instructions on how to get the key.Room only had a tub. Stairs only, no lift, so pack light. Far from airport. Uber is about 40 euros

A pleasant hotel with good accommodation. Only a twenty minute walk into the town. Good, safe parking at the rear.

    8AnnePosted on: 9-22-2024

Clean and efficient all you need for a short stay is available. The food at the restaurant was equally delicious.

There was noise coming from downstairs on my first night, sounded like a refrigerator

The hotel is clean and rooms are acceptable

The owner is not very kind and she is not willing to serve the clients. I came with a bike and she didn’t allow me to leave the bike somewhere in the hotel. She just proposed me to leave it outside. She said: « for this price, you cannot expect a parking for bicycles »

The room was very clean, although not to the newest standards. However, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Convenient parking is available behind the house, and there's an excellent bakery just across the street, perfect for breakfast. The Gasthaus location is ideal, only a 5-minute walk to Freising's charming old town, making it very convenient for exploring.

The pillow was much too large for me, and there was no hairdryer in the room, although I'm sure one could be provided upon request. Additionally, with the windows open, the street noise was quite noticeable, which is to be expected given the location.

Direct route from railway station - no turns to miss and a kebab restaurant serving cold drinks about halfway. Slight drawback to the walk is that the pavement (beside main road) is also the cycle path. At the hotel, the room had all facilities that I needed including good free internet. The free bottle of water in room was very welcome, and the biscuit on pillow was a lovely touch. The Austrian-themed food they were serving in the evening looked great but I wasn't hungry so did not try it. No breakfast (or staff) at property in the morning, but an excellent bakery across the road that opens at 06:00, serves hot drinks and has tables inside and outside.

Quite close to main road so some traffic noise but did not really disturb my sleep. Slight smell of drains in room on arrival (in very hot weather) but it dispersed.

Room size brilliant lovely views and perfect location for us for the football euros kept it cheap and easy to get to stadium

Rooms were clean but could have done with updating. In my room the electric socket was hanging off the wall, which was dangerous. We had a meal in the restaurant which was expensive for what we had and not particularly good. Curtains were very thin, letting in a lot of light.

    As above

Late check in with key Tresor made it really convinient for me.Also the check out, I only had to leave the key in the door and the door open. Perfect for quick departure to the airport.Bus stop is very close. In around 25min you get to the airport without being stressed.

Location was beautiful room was clean and the staff were welcoming.

No late check in and had a miscommunication with the staff. The room is also a bit small and lacks amenities.
