Hotel Kaiserhof Landshut

Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Reception staff

Terrible breakfast and breakfast staff

Breakfast was ok.

There were better days for the hotel. Obviously it had been sold to a new group recently. Not all branding was in place. The staff was unmotivated at best and the facilities were completely run down. My colleague did not get a shower head and showered with the bare hose...

We were not happy

The property has a small room with two small beds apart flss us. Noisy (desk did tell us that. Lots of things going outside. Parking in a town parking lot. This was 3/4 mile from hotel. I asked about queen bed they do not have bbAany. All rooms are identical we were told. We had booked queen beds as was shown on your website. Someone hbneeds to check this place out. It’s not anywhere like you were led to believe.

Quiet and in a good location

Bathroom was not clean and water drain blocked. No housekeeping for the entire stay.

1. They did not clean my room. I do not remember being told about this.2. There were two spiders and spiderwebs inside the room. I think cleaning is absent in this hotel.3. The staff were only young people and they were usually eating or chatting.4. There were noisy guests and I could not contact anyone from the hotel because they leave at night. It feels like an airbnb.

Good room and bed

Breakfast was a disaster, no food no coffee and no staff

Large room. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Staff friendly....but few.

Very few facilities in the room. Bar was closed most evenings. Floor was dusty....& Under the bed was dust from some time ago.

Location is excellent, just over the bridge from the old town centre and all restaurants, In part the hotel feels a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious, everything works as intended and the breakfast is decent enough. EXcellent value for money considering one can use the sauna and fitness free-of-charge.

Some rooms could use a refurbishment.

The hotel's location is ideal, right next to the bridge leading to the historic centre. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the large size of the room and its cleanliness - except some yellow stains in the bathroom next to the sink, but which I didn't manage to remove. The wifi worked perfectly.

Just a few stains in the bathroom and you could hear the outside noise quite a bit (a lot of cars pass on the road down below) but it did not prevent me from sleeping.

Absolutely fantastic location to Landshut, super quick to get to restaurants & amenities , supermarket is 5 min walk away and train station 15. Plus amazing staff who were lovely and very helpful at the desk! Loved it!:)

I didn't have breakfast but the location was good.

It may be the age of the hotel but there were no charging points for mobile phones in the rooms.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The location and the view of the hotel by the riverside were very beautiful and exciting.

I would have preferred to have an electric kettle in the room for making coffee or tea. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. The blanket was a bit thin for winter. Also, having a small fridge in the room would have been great.

Breakfast options were great, location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. view from the room was great, we got a river view.

Not enough towels, no one at the desk at night when a new key card was needed. Bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. People in the room above us were stomping around a lot at night.

Good undercover parking, easy to get to by car, easy walking distance to old town

Furnishings were looking a little dated

The hall smells so good, the views to the river, the quietness at night...the cafe ?

staff were friendly, I like the downstairs reception arae but not room.

breakfat was the same and not muching my expectation. I spending 4 night and there is no change of towels, no cleaning of the room, ther was limescale in the toilet and I feel that there was a poor services and I dont think the 4 star rate adequate.

Room view was really nice. Team is very supportive and Hotel location is super nice

Location, size of room and the river view

Air conditioner did not work. The room needs upgrading

The location is great. Clean and tidy facility. A good choice for breakfast.

The pillows were too big and hard for the two of us. It would be great if they were different.

Location to city centre and split air conditioner in the room.

The air conditioner was leaking water
