Great value and close to city via public transport. Blue zone parking covered until 2pm next day which was great as we also wanted to see Glockenspiel at midday after 11am checkout.

All good and staff were excellent.

The building was lovely, the room is nice and big. Kind staff.

The sink was clogged. The bathtube was dirty and it went bad earlier and they didn't fix it.

I appreciated that the hotel is within walking distance of the train station — ideal for anyone traveling outside the city. However, it's not the best location if you're staying in the city and hoping to explore. I also appreciated some of the staff who were friendly and kind. The room layout was well-suited for a group or family, which I really liked.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Inconsistent ServiceWe didn’t appreciate the bathtub/shower setup — water spilled everywhere when using it, creating a very slippery and unsafe floor. This was especially concerning as we were traveling with children. It simply wasn’t practical or safe for a family.The room itself was unclean, and the housekeeping service left much to be desired. Used cups were not replaced, there was no complimentary water, and overall cleanliness standards were poor. Despite the issues with the unusable shower, no compensation or resolution was offered.Breakfast service was inconsistent. While the staff were friendly on the first day, they were noticeably rude on the second. For example, porridge was refused on the second day despite being made the day before. Additionally, we were met with hostility when bringing breakfast upstairs for the kids, even though we returned the dishes afterward.Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations in both service and quality. We would not choose to stay here again.

Good location, nice breakfast and beautiful building.

I had to pay for the parking although it said on booking that it’s free. The bathroom looked a bit old, but the thing that bothered me was the fact that it was not clean. I found hair on the floor and some dark dots on the toilet. We had only two small towels that seemed very old. Very bad noise proofing.

Location and friendly staff

The room was really small. Bed was not comfortable at all... small pillows... And sound isolation is not so good to... you can hear people in the corridor as if they are standing next to you.

Good location near the train station and not far away from the city center and all the attractions. Polite and welcoming staff, decent breakfast.

No sheer curtains on windows, bathroom equipment feels a bit old.

The location was convenient as we wanted to be next to the train station. I met the new owner and he was very friendly and I’m sure will work to make nice changes.

The rooms are outdated. The breakfast had a lot of bugs present and despite arriving at 8am there were no eggs or anything, as they had been finished and clearly not intention of putting them back out. The third bed was just foam not an actual mattress. It’s missing basic amenities from a clock and usb plugs, etc. that you get used to having. The fixtures are outdated. There’s clearly renovations happening which is needed but there was dust everywhere and the auto lights didn’t work in the hallways. Again, this might all be improved soon.

The location was conveniently outside the ZTL, we parked for free right outside the hotel.

Could use some improvement in cleanliness: rooms as well as breakfast plates and cups.

Nice Hotel with decent room , and comfortable bed . Very good breakfast with hot food provided . Just 5 minutes walk from the Railway station .

Though the room was quite basic, the atmosphes in the lobby was quite cozy (with a bar). Location is great, very close to the train station and trams. The bed is quite comfy. And it's quiet in the evening.

It would have been better if a small fridge had been provided in the room.

Good location, quite spacious room, comfortable bed. The breakfast was good enough, everything had been refilled, maybe add more sweet things.

No tea, only coffee maker in the room. Cleaning could be better - hairs on the bed linen, dust.

It’s an amazing hotel ? it worth its price . The location is cool ; the staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There is a possibility to park the car either for free just in front of the of the hotel or for a price of just 10 euro for a day . The breakfast was tasty and various . I definitely recommend it ?
