Very large clean modern room. Complete kitchen though I couldn't figure out the stove. Decent breakfast with many choices.

No good restaurants for dinner in the area that you can walk to

Great as always. Very friendly and helpful staff, plentiful breakfast, nice pool & spa area. Pet friendly. We find it very peaceful.

Personal quirk: I don't like comforters, and big shapeless pillows that I can never seem to get into comfortable sleeping shape. They have both, for which I should be grateful, but struggle with.

- Breakfast was acceptable- Room was spacious.- Staff were generally kind

- Room cleanliness was below the standard we would expect from a hotel: stains on the floor and a few cockroaches appeared during our stay.- The room description claimed there was a washing machine and dryer. In reality, none of the rooms have these. Instead, the hotel offers laundry service at the usual very high prices (~4 EUR per item). Alternatively, there is a shared washing machine in the underground garage next to the hotel that guests can use for 5 EUR per load. While the washing fee itself is not excessive, it is unacceptable that the room description was misleading. We specifically booked this hotel because of the advertised washing machine (we arrived with small children). The hotel’s response was simply an apology and a promise to “forward the complaint to management,” without offering any compensation.

The property was clean and the breakfast was good. The front desk was awesome—friendly and informative! The AC worked great and the bed was comfortable

The location was average—we were able to walk to grocery stores, but there was not a big selection of restaurants in the area.

This is our first stay in Hotel Graz Sud, but it surely won't be the last! What an amazing and peaceful place to spend one or more nights! Great bed and shower, extraordinary breakfast, good sauna and wellness, and a very friendly staff. Plenty of parking places in front.So glad we got to stay here and very appreciative of how this hotel has been managed. We will be back for sure very soon!

Great hotel, great people working as receptionists, staff in the restaurant. Hotel is clean, has great wellness with the swimming pool, food at the breakfast was outstanding. People who work in the restaurant serving breakfast are great! Highly recommend this hotel and I personally stayed twice.

Comfortable beds, well rested, clean and relaxing.

The mini bar in the room, the choices are limited and you have to pay extra for if you use something from there. But that is understandable.

A business-style hotel located at 15 min to the center in a very quiet area but well served and close to the main shopping malls. Nice rooms, small gym room but with sufficient tools. Breakfast very good. Free parking spaces outside the hotel.

No boiler to warm water to prepare some tea or coffee

The hotel was very comfortable, they had a wellness section and a cosy room, electric charger in the garage. Food variety was excellent and delicious.

The apartment was very nice, the lobby, the staff, the sauna, the pool, the overall experience was amazing and I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit Graz, but is on a budget, 100%!

The hotel has a great location just outside the city centre. The bus station is near by. They have some free parking slots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also great a lot to choose from. Overall a great hotel to stay at when in Graz.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly.Hotel has both outdoor (free) and underground parking (extra charge). Nice wellness with saunas and a warm pool.Extremely good breakfast served in the morning.Room was spacious, with separated area for the kid.3 min walk you can find a bus stop, and within 20min you can reach city center with a direct bus

Nice hotel with friendly staff and free parking available just outside the hotel. Nice, big and clean room and bathroom with comfortable bed.Good breakfast with several choices both salty and sweet.

The gym is a bit small and just too essential.

Everything perfect as always. Staff always give personal attention and location is also perfect for an overnight stop as it’s only a couple of Km from motorway. And, the hotel welcomes dogs too :)
