The room was comfortable and a great size. The location was right next to the city center.

The walls were a bit thin and there was no outlet available at the bedside table.

Terrific hotel. Very beautifull. Great location right in the city center. Easily accesible by tram from the Hauptbahnhof. Beds are soft and provide great comfort. Even the small room comes with a bathtub. Something which was an incredible luxury after a long trip.

Breakfast is a little pricey (€25). But it does come with everything you could want.

Location was perfect for visiting historic sites, restaurants, shopping, etc. We stayed in the Johann suite and were blown away and amazed at the size of the room and the space. The bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed that was made up for our son was very comfortable and we appreciate that. We were able to book a parking space in front (which are limited), but opted to park in the mall parking garage instead for personal reasons (the cost is the same). The staff was extremely friendly and always available for information.

A few minor things: an iron and an ironing board would have been nice to have. The fridge is small and filled with stocked items, which is ok, but if this is the case, it would be nice to have a slightly bigger one for items guests purchase.

A very comfortable hotel. My room was large, quiet and well appointed. The staff are super nice and helpful. It is an interesting hotel with a central atrium that opens. The location in the pedestrian zone is very practical and pleasant

Excellent location, clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The best thing about the Hotel is its location and the interior with the hallway across all floors with flowers pots. It make you feel as if you are in a Spanish courtyard. Staff was very helpful and I was allowed to wait the whole day for my flight in the cafe and help myself to free coffee and tea.

The interior of the rooms are quite stuffy with period furniture. Of course the furniture fits to the style of the hotel but it could have been place differently in the room for a better design. The window had a broken glass that needs repair and the curtails need to be updated.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Graz, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From friendly and helpful service and advice on transport to the gorgeous architecture, I felt privileged to stay here!

While our first room had an issue, they responded well and moved us to a room that was very nice

You can't beat this location. Basically right on Hauptplatz square. Lots of food carts with beers and wine, always lots of people here.

If I *had* to complain about something ,the wifi wasn't the best. No issue for us though.

Noisy old fashioned room. Sound isolation is extreme bad. The floor in the room is very old and scratchy/noisy. Staff can not smile!

The best years of this hotel are unfortunately long gone. The rooms are outdated and in some areas it smells like a museum showcasing objects from the last century. The toilet flush is weak and does not meet modern standards. During my stay, construction work was being carried out on the neighboring roof, making it extremely noisy in the room throughout the day. The staff showed no understanding of the situation. I will never stay at this hotel again. Poor value for money.

In general good, beautiful old heritage hotel i a top location.Didnt have breakfast so cant say anything about it, but looked good.
