Pros +
- The breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice.
- loved breakfast and location
- We stayed in the very large and beautiful apartment for 5 nights. Perfect location, very comfortable beds .
Cons -
- The spiral staircase in the room we booked looked nice but was a little unnerving at 3 am when going down the stairs to the toilet.
- bed very uncomfortable and size of room in comparison to fellow travelers was very small, even though I made the reservations for all three rooms
- Kitchenette was very useful but would be even more so with a microwave.

It's located in the center of the old city! Two-level apartments. Family-friendly. Very spacious apartments with a huge living room.
Location is amazing
Its hard to find the place because they did change the name of hotel as zoom dom sth like that and there is no sign on the main door
Great location in the old city. Air conditioning was very effective and controllable in the room. Room facilities were clean and modern.
Single room was tiny with a window on a central open space with lighted walkways to other rooms. Window coverings were insufficient to block the light which disturbed my sleep. Breakfast not included in the room rate.
This is a good hotel with nice staff, good breakfast and the area is quiet. The hotel decor is really cute.
This is more of heads up, rather than a dislike.Having never been to Graz and traveling solo / female, I wanted to stay in a central location. However, Graz is very small & walkable... for the price, I wouldn't stay here again - - but they stated a price and I agreed, so I don't feel cheated or anything.
The location is amazing, just in the city center, close to the Dom; a walking distance from almost everything in town! There is an elevator and you can get a very good discount on the parking lot (not located near the hotel, but also not too distant. You will have to walk up hill a little to reach it).
The room was very old, the cleanliness of the room was poor, very dusty (especially on the floor - and when I say dusty I mean cotton dusts on the ground), the bathroom was having white signs all around the toilet bowl, the sink, most likely coming from a spray product they use to clean, but never really removed from the walls. The bed is extremely soft and uncomfortable (but this is a personal taste) and the parquet is so old that every time you make a step is impossible not to wake up whoever is sleeping with you. Also the noises coming from other rooms are very hearable, making it very hard at night to fall asleep.
Spacious room - perfect furnished - had everything you need - location could not be better
Perfectly nice well appointed room.
Too loud in the morning. Trucks outside my window loading stuff. Walls within the hotel paper thin. I was woken up by other guests.
The hotel is nothing I've ever seen. It's in center, walking distance to everything, no need for a car. But what is most important is the hotel itself. The rooms are unbelievable. It literally feels like you are some royalty. Extremely High ceilings, big room, bigger bathroom with marble and bathtub, old furniture, very, very nice. We stayed one day more just because of hotel. There is also a great steakhouse in the lobby.
A nice hotel in the historic centre, friendly staff at the reception, breakfast and cleaners
Overpriced, hard towels and difficult access to rooms
We stopped here for one night on our way to Vienna and are very glad that we did. The location was outstanding with friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast. We had a little confusion on the way I booked breakfast but they were able to clarify and correct it for us quickly. We had two rooms, both were wonderful and the location made it easy to walk to some sites before heading out to our next location.
The location is perfect for a walking tour of the Old Town and the breakfast buffet was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room price, including breakfast was very reasonable for a hotel in such a central location.
Finding a parking place wasn't easy, but I was lucky to find nearby on street parking which was free on Sunday till 9am Monday.
Excellent breakfast. The room was not clean as remember before. After reparations the bathroom is very small and there was no place to put towels.

The room and the location were great! Breakfast was good
The size of the roomThe Hungarian speaking lady at the recepcion desk
Decor of the room (jungle painting on the wall in a dark room in an old building?)Very basic breakfast, no hot meal options on the buffet table, you can order one of the egg variations, but the portion is small, tasteless with careless servingLoud conversations from the kitchen area but the waitresses rearly appearThin, greyish towels in the bathroomSoft, used mattress in the bedPrepaid parking house is far away on foot with luggages
Everything. The staff, the location, and the room itself. The reception is very responsive and care about the guests! The room was clean and spacious. We will definitely return!
Nothing that I can think of.
Lovely place with the best location! The staff were supernice, the breakfast was great! The room was so estetical with the nicest colour matching and high ceiling! Just loved it, and would definately stay here again if going to Graz!
Lovely small hotel in historical centre. Helpful receptionists advising on restaurants and places to visit.
