    Pros +

    • Extraordinarily friendly staff, great, clean and quiet room. Breakfast: nice food selections, excellent coffee of varied choices from machine. Also a few nice food offerings later in the day if you do not want to leave the hotel for a larger meal.
    • Breakfast was very good, everything needed was there. The parking spot is right in front of the building, which is a great advantage. The size of the room is fine.
    • The breakfast was wonderful. Room was very clean. Onsite (free) parking.

    Cons -

    • There is a wellness area, however there are no bathrobes or bathing shoes in the room. Guest which want to use the wellness area are charged additionally for the cleaning of a bathrobe which could be fetched from the reception. Since there is only a very, very limited menue (even a small dinner) is not recommended at all.
    • Mattress was very hard.
    • The problem starts when a hotel takes 'pet friendly' as 'wow another guest with extra money' - often it happens when the hotel is pet friendly, it just means you will pay much more than it is written and than other (may be also making dirt) guests... With two dogs the price increased for about 30 percent more for me, which is markable. And for what... No bowls, no place to pee for the dogs, no waste bin for poops, no.. nothing. So with the price I paid, it was not worth the money. And it is pitty, because if I didn't solve this issue with dogs, it would be one smaller but very fine place to stay when one is in Graz. Just to mark - my dogs don't sleep in bed and are good mannered, used to hotels.

No problem with parking close to the entrance, elevator, friendly staff, inspite of that it is close to the road, the room was quite silent.

Love this hotel. Friendly & helpful staff, attractive decor, great breakfast.

I wish there was a kettle in the room.

We looked for a place that will not force us to drive to the middle of Graz, fight with traffic jams and look for parking, so this hotel is a really good choice.Clean, very nice stuff, good breakfast and most importantly - a station of line #1 of the tram to the center of Graz is just 5 minutes walking, although it takes around 20 minutes to arrive. In general - good value for money.

Rooms are very basic, modest and old-fashioned.

I chose this hotel because I was arriving with a car but planned to move around Graz with public transport and it was ideal for both of these purposes. There is ample, secure parking and the tram stop directly into the city centre is a 3 min walk. The hotel itself is fine, the decor is outdated but everything was clean and functioned well. The breakfast was tasty with lots of options and they offer gluten-free bread on demand. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Graz, and it has its own parking lot, which is great if you're travelling by car. The staff was very welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable.

There is not air conditioning, just a fan; and we couldn't keep the window open because it was facing the street and there was a lot of noise.

The staff are really friendly. We were extremely impressed by Frau D who was on reception in the afternoons/evenings. Good parking. Tram stop very near the hotel - trams into Graz every 10 minutes, journey time 20 minutes. Clean room, and very quiet at the back of the hotel, even with the window open. Chance to have drinks outside or in the bar during reception times.

Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. Especially the rolls and cakes leave room for improvement. The bar is very brightly lit and could be made more comfy for relaxing.

Stayed to visit motogp at the Redbull ring. Super friendly and helpful staff, couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was spotlessly clean, The selection of food for breakfast was amazing, something for every taste.Great location for the city, a week unlimited bus/tram pass was €20 .All in all perfect for our group. ?

The location is quiet and it was easy to get in and out of Graz. There's a wonderful restaurant in the nearby forest. Hauserl im Wald is the name, I think.

The shower needs to have a rail fitted for people to hold onto when getting into and out of the shower.

Breakfast was amazing. Of everywhere we stayed on this trip, restaurants we ate at for breakfast etc... the breakfast provided here was by far and away the best. Lots of options, everything you needed and best of all, included.

No A/C. It was pretty warm and the hotel got exceptionally humid despite the outside temp not being that bad. We left the windows wide open at night and used the fan to pull in cooler air, but if you shut the window for more than 5 min the place would rapidly heat and get super humid again.

    8AnnettePosted on: 7-2-2024

Super friendly staff and the place has a lovely cosy feel. Great breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Easy walking distance to the trams if you want to head into the city centre or the central train station.

Reception closes very early on weekends, so if you want an evening snack or glass of wine it will need to be before 7pm.

    9PavelPosted on: 6-15-2024

Friendly staffA bit far from the city center but it takes approximately 15 minutes to get there by a tram (a tram stop is in 4 minutes walk from the hotel)Good sauna Free parking

I can't stress enough how amazing the staff is!1. My luggage was delayed and came with another flight and was then sent to the hotel. The front desk accepted it for me, had it brought to my room and called to let me know it arrived.2. I had a rental car but I wasn't sure if it had the highway vignette so the front desk person came to help me find it and suggested the nearest place to get one and which to buy. Saved me about 2.5h of driving time! The room was spacious, the hotel is nicely situated for walks and not too far from the city center by tram

No kettle or coffee making facility in room

Ladies working in the kitchen were very warm and hospitable. The breakfast is very good. Location is great.

We had the "apartment room", there was nothing in it at all, no kettle no water, no extras or niceities, and radiators in room making loud banging noise around 4/5am despite being turned off. Hotel receptionists had bad customer service. Reception gave me water then charged for it without informing me at the time. The general professionalism and hospitality with the hotel has declined unfortunately as this was our go-to Graz hotel.

Convenient location, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Sound insulation could have been better.
