Hotel Bokan Exclusiv

The location was great, and good parking.

This is not a four-star hotel. The hotel does not allow their guests to control their own in-room climate. You have to call the front desk in order for them to "adjust the temperature." Even after asking them to adjust it, the air-conditioning didn't work. After managment came and said they turned it on "manually," we woulnd up sweating in bed all night long. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and the pitchers used to serve milk and juice were unsanitary.

A bit too far from city centre, but public transport is very good.

Delicious breakfast in the morning, if anything happened to be empty it was pretty quickly refilled. I really enjoyed the breakfast.The rooms are big and comfortable. The location was great as we were competing at the Auster Graz poo. All in all, the stay was really perfect for us.

they allow pets which was our main requirement. the room and bathroom was clean; and the breakfast was good. there is also free parking, the hotel is close to the highway. Decent stop on the way to south.

We had a great experience at Hotel Bokan. First an unexpected welcome from Ms. Bokan herself (this is a family business)Big room. Big bathroom with a fancy door. Then the surprise: there is a wellness center with Sauna, whirlpool and more!

Please promote Hotel Bokan with more details on internet! We didn’t know that there is a wellness center before reservation.

Quiet, large, comfortable room looks out on trees. Excellent breakfast, good restaurant.

Room air conditioning could only be set by the reception. This did not function on our first night. Staff training?Bathroom spacious but lacking shelf space and hooks.

Room was very warm. Only way to turn down the temperature was to call the reception. We woke up twice during the night to ask for our room temperature to be turned down. Not something you normally do in a four star hotel.
