Hotel Gollner

Lovely hotel excellent room and facilities. Breakfast was exceptional and so were the fitness facilities

Not a thing a great experience

Breakfast was OK, but nothing more. Same with the room. Expected a bit more for that price.

Sauna is locked and you need to ask for the key. No bathrobe in the room.

Excellent location, great stuff who addressed all the initial issues

There was no door in the bathroom, no teabags were provided in a four star hotel even though the kettle was available. No coffee machine either.

Beautiful hotel. Centrally located. Super clean, but what made our stay amazing was the staff. Very helpful very kind staff!!

great breakfast, clean rooms, fun interior, very quiet

The staff was excellent. Michael, Sofia and Maria were all very pleasant and helpful. They knew a lot about the places of interest in the city and they knew how to get there with public transportation. The hotel is conveniently located close to many tram lines. There is a very nice view from the rooftop patio.

We didn't try the breakfast as we thought the extra money would not be worth it.

Great hotel location, clean room, possibility to safely park your car.

At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were cold, and the sliced meat and cheese were served in very limited quantities. If the room windows face the street, you will hear traffic all night, especially the sirens of ambulances.

We are a family of three travelling with a small dog. The services provided were perfect and clear, and the staff are always helpful towards any questions and concerns. We had a lovely time staying with Gollner and they even provided our dog with small snacks upon arrival, a blanket and many advices regarding pet-related matters. The location is quite good, about 10-minute walk into city centre, but quiet enough in the evenings to stay out of traffic and busy roads. Easy to locate and easy to access.

The parking was slightly troublesome due to limited and difficult parking spots, but we managed to sort it out with the help of the hotel staff.

The sumptuous furnishings, the spacious rooms, the cosy breakfast rooms. The super friendly and efficient staff

I was a little too tall for the low positioned shower head. Perhaps the quality of the breakfast coffee could be controlled.

Close to the city center, the room was spacious and well equipped, parking space available and under surveillance

Since we arrived at the Hotel everything was excellent, the treatment at the reception, the instructions to get to the room, the room was ready upon our arrival, it was clean, with the ideal temperature and even though we were three adults the room was big enough for the three of us.The beds, both the sofa bed and the regular bed were very good, and the proximity to the center was also excellent. It can be said that the price is nothing with the quality of the hotel it is.

The second elevator that we need to take to arrive to our room sometimes moves a little down when we enter to use it, and that scare a little.

Hotel is near the city centre. Private parking. Room was clean, comfortable, warm, with a nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast. It was our second stay here and we hope to come back again.

very friendlyvery cleangood location

Nice atmosphere, feel home

Room is tiny and comfortable

Excellent location, especially if you are staying with kids - everything is within walking distance. A bit outdated but it is clean and well maintained.Very nice breakfast and helpful staff.

Sofa bed was very loose and shook at every movement. The room faced the street and had a lot of noise from cars and trams during the night. It might not bother everyone(we slept well) but if you are a light sleeper, don't book a room facing the street. There are no slippers in the room.

Location in center of the city. Walking distance from anything in the center. Room (Superior Business) was of very good size. WiFi connection good, but friend of ours at 3rd floor had problems with it (it was very slow). Breakfast, standard menu, could be more diverse.

The room had a view to a parking place between other buildings. Poor breakfast menu.

The location close to the city centre which was accessible by car but not right in the pedestrianised part. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The good and secure parking.

Friendliness of the reception desk staff. Cleanliness in the rooms.

Breakfast staff is not so friendly and helpful. Tables not clean, buffet items not refilled when finished.

Clean, nice property, excellent location, private parking, comfortable room, amazing breakfast

Good location, nice comfortable surprise in the city center

Air conditioner old
