A bit small

location, cost,

it was pretty small and the reception did not work in the middle of the day. They did make arrangements for our arrival at 3 pm without any problem.

Located near the old town, just a 15-20 mins walk from all main tourist attractions. There is a public garage to park a car and you can get a discounted ticket on the reception.

A bit strange room layout with shower not far away from the bed and sink in the room. The room itself was not the biggest.

The worst

This is the worst ibis and other similar level hotel I ever stated. The breakfast cost 12 euro per person but much worse than a youth hotel. The staff are not professional with limited English communication. I booked three rooms with breakfast for a family stay, and had a late wake up. My family members in another two two rooms were rejected to eat breakfast simply because they put all 6 breakfast tickets under my room only, and reject to check and listen any explanation even for two 80 years old people. Not only a silly mistake they did but the unfriendly attitude and unwilling to check and help that is really substandard.

it was neat I guess and cozy in general. Good electronics.

When we had problems with parking garage and entrance due to the digitalized system, the lady where reception sits was just staring at us! She said she couldn’t help. Same with parking garage, it took us a while to find a hotel staff to help us get out without double paying for the garage.

Breakfast was good.

Room had transparent bathroom door which should be changed. Had to pay for parking, when we stayed in IBIS-salzburg it was free parking.

Near to center

Paid parking, very small room, very loud during night since it’s next to night clubs…

Good location, close to the city center. Wonderful square with bar and restaurants close to the hotel. Parking garage in the same building.

A standard Ibis, you know what to expect, no surprises

Parking expencive.My room for 1 person was 60euro, my friends-2 people paid 63euro. No logic. Booking.com offers me a breakfast for 11euro, yet it is a free breakfast.

Convenient location for walking into town. Clean. Comfortable for the small size of the room. Some confusion over Mcycle parking in basement car Park. We'd had msgs that on site mcycle parking in underground car was ok at cost but on arrival reception thought this was a no, no. Luckily we were able to park in car park after pointing out that this was part of the reason for making this booking.

I was allowed to check earlier. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and a bit bigger than I expected. Good location. There are food stores near the hotel.

Good shower & toilet, comfy bed, breakfast fair value as is location.

Handbasin ultra small with NO plug. No kettle & mugs in room, almost unheard of.

De room was big and clean

The self check-in is very bad. Also only works with creditcard eventhough showing options to pay with debitcard. Very annoying.

Price, location, early check-in

Very basic comfort, but in line with the price

The room is very basic, but also has a fair price. The hotel is very close to the city centre you can reach anything there with some minutes walk.

Good location, really friendly and helpful staff, ideal for a short term stay.

Breakfast was not as good as expected, but in overall it was also acceptable.

I always like staying here. It's central for most things and quick into the centre

I didn't like the fact that the chambermaid was knocking on my door at 9.30am. Even though I was awake I still had another 2½ hours before I had to vacate the room. I thought that wasn't very welcoming or trusting

The door and the window left some light entering and there was some buzzing early in the morning and were a bit noisy, that bothered me in the night.The pillows were really thin.It looked to me it had been done almost no cleaning in my room during my staying .My room had a king bed plus a single bunk bed but there was just enough space for my stuff, no closet, just a coat hanger
