Pros +
- The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their attention to details was impressive. The facilities were great! We stayed in a lovely - welcoming apartment. Very comfortable. I wish our stay had been longer. Enjoyed the spa and pool. The first night it was very quiet. The second night was very busy with families enjoying their vacations. Walkable location.
- Quiet, clean. Easy to rech by either car or public transport and a bit of walking. Very nice amenities, friendly staff and great breakfast.
- Pool and sauna. Friendliness and readiness to help of staff.
Cons -
- The parking machine driven crazy.
- A little out of center area A good walk to the train station A bit expensive
- You can only reach the rooms from outside, so if you're wet from the pool in cold weather you'd freeze. At the pool they had wiring from the lights exposed, which was a bit scary when swimming. And the breakfast costs 23€ per person. It was a very small buffet and we're super glad we looked first before spending the money on it, cuz we would've felt ripped off.

Outstanding hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast with many gluten free options. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Easy walk to all sights and restaurants.
Very good, clean, super helpful and friendly staff, very big and comfy bathroom!
A little out of center area A good walk to the train station A bit expensive
staff was welcoming and helpful. room was clean, comfortable and well-thought-out. the pool and gym are open 27/7 - a definite plus! the location is an easy walk from the old center. the art everywhere made public spaces and our room very interesting, and the humor all over was a wonderful!
This was merely a stopover for me on my way back to Budapest, but it fully met all my requirements, whether it's the size of the apartment, the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness, or the friendliness towards pets... I highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely staff, very helpful. Hotel was nice too, a bit odd in some places but totally adequate

Big, quiet, clean room, attentive staff, convenient parking.
The room was hot, AC off for the season.
The Fitness and Wellness area was great. It was open 24/7.
Parking and breakfast were expensive. The hotel room was way too warm.
The stuff was very nice and supportive. Comfortable bed.
Despite the art objects located all over the hotel, the general impression of a cheap road hostel. For the same price one can find way better located and nicely furnished accommodations in Graz.
Location, cleaning, spa
Room was to warm
location is great, super quiet, very friendly staff members (especially ladies at the reception), great pool and sauna area, very comfy beds - overall 10/10 experience
Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and prices of art definitely makes the stay different! Great parking garage, easy to find and drive.
It was a bit cold in the room.
Convenient car parking at reasonable cost
Breakfast was unremarkable and very expensive.
The Augarten Art Hotel is truly a remarkable find in Graz! The hotel is a living gallery, with interesting artwork adorning every corner and hallway. The staff deserves special mention: their warm and attentive service made every return to the hotel feel welcoming. My room was absolutely outstanding, very spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed. The attention to cleanliness and detail was evident throughout. The breakfast offered an excellent selection of fresh, quality options. The hotel also has wellness facilities a wonderful pool, a sauna, and a small gym.
Nothing really, everything was spectacular.
It was a lovely room with a balcony (table and chairs). Although the balcony has a lovely view of trees, it also overlooks a partial building site (but no noise from this, just low level maintenance). The hotel is about 15 minutes' walk from the town centre or you can get a tram.
Overall very nice experience at the hotel. The location is great, you can walk to the old town in 15 min comfortably. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable, it has everything you need. The view from the rooms is super nice to a beautiful garden. Front desk colleagues are kind and helpful. Overall I'd highly recommend, great value for money!
It came as a surprise that the parking costs 18 eur/night, which is pretty expensive, thought it'd be free of charge for guests. It's also a pity that there is no dinner possibility inside the hotel.Lastly, the pillows were extremely flat, they should all be changed to bigger, fluffier, harder ones.
The bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Location good, not far from centre of town. All in all good value for money and staff helped us store our bags whilst we walked around before check-in.
Big pool
Expensive garage parking. The price of the parking in the garage is per day, meaning if you park your car in the garage in the evening and take it out the next day in the morning, the price is 2 x 18 EUR. You can leave your car parked on the street too.
