Affordable high quality option for a Graz stay in good location

Great location, clean, spacious room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was super friendly and I felt welcome the moment I walked in. The room was nice and spacious.

Everything was great.

The location was great for me. The woman at reception was wonderful, friendly and informative. I had what I needed for the one night. It was comfortable and not cramped.

A kettle is always a nice thing to have but it's not necessary.

Bathroom could use a bit detailing... it looked like it is not finished yet. No cabinet, no curtain or glass door on shower,no place to put toilettries. A bit empty. But clean and okay. Also,would expect toillettries from a 4* hotel.

Great location,very close to the city centre.Room was comfortable.There is available paid parking spaces.

I stayed there for the third time. I like the location, the breakfast and how helpful and friendly the staff is!

This might be of course not so easy to change but the walls of the rooms are very thin. You can hear what the guest in the next room is saying through the walls.

I ate one time breakfast , the options are very few, the lady there not able to smile or greet people even.the room was very small - the bathroom has no creams or tooth brushes , this is for such stars rated not expectable.the location is fantastic near the central transport station and near the river and shopping old city.

Wasn't expecting my single room to have a bathtub so that was a lovely surprise! Excellent location if you're using the train station, only ten minutes from there and 15 minutes from the town centre BUT be aware that the Graz tram system is free within the centre plus one stop outside it, which means there's a free tram to and from the town centre via the Roseggerhaus stop only 3 minutes walk from the hotel!Reception staff were friendly but not intrusive which I appreciated, everything worked properly, comfy bed, consistent hot water, lots of plug sockets in the room, plus plenty of loo rolls in the bathroom. It was also free to leave my luggage by reception (until 8pm, when reception shuts). Check-in and check-out were both nice and quick. Would definitely stay here again!

Room could have been cleaner; some areas eg. the bathroom were spotless but when I moved a bottle in the minibar to put my own drink in there I discovered that the bottom of the fridge was full of dead flies which I had to wipe up myself, clearly it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The windowsill was the same, lots of dead insects. Disappointing because the rest of my stay was great!

Location is good if you plan to walk around to see the sights. Hotel had parking on site which is always good. Not many spots so make sure you reserve in advance.

The staff could work on their friendliness. If you're manning the reception desk at a hotel, you need to be friendly. The woman running the breakfast seemed particularly unhappy but maybe she was just having a bad day?

Wall to wall carpet in the room, old, feels dirty and dusty.We could smell someone smoking weed, the smell came from the air vent, when complained no solution/discount was offered.

Everything was great. The location is perfect, the room was tidy and comfy, and the girl from the reception was really nice and helpful.

The property is fine…unfortunately, the neighborhood is suffering from so many closed businesses

The location was great, 1 stop on the tram from the main station. 3 stop on the tram from the main square. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were a little lacking in helpfulness, or welcome.
