Parking was a bit of a pain. I also got placed in a bright pink Alice in Wonderland themed room which I personally didn’t vibe with, but I could understand the direction.

It’s a very nice hotel: clean, the location is good for different parts of the city, the breakfast is great, the staff was very helpful.

It is a bit loud outside, because it’s located on a busy corner and nearby the local partying place. But if the windows are closed, you don’t hear the noise.

The most charming hotel I’ve stayed in Europe. Location is A+, right is the heart of charming downtown / main shopping / visiting area.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The place has a lot of 'personality' for the way it's designed and furnished. The position is great and even if in the evening the restaurant gets crowded no noise is heard upstairs in the room. Great breakfast, even for vegetarians/vegans and the staff was always warm and eager to bring an espresso or provide some oat milk.

I was surprised to find out that the reception closes at midnight, though it's not a problem per se if one gets organised in advance.

staff ; check in process was terrible ; staff was rude ; other staff was ok but they were all c busy with the restaurant and I had to wait for an Hr to get things worked out .. the safe was not functionable though in the faculties it clearly stated there was a safe .. cleaners were v nice though .. another more senior staff was ok

Absolutely lovely room. Very clean and well equipped. Very nice bathroom. Staff were also lovely and accommodating.

We did a long trip from Istanbul to Edinburgh on trains and stayed in maybe 15 different hotels/guesthouses. Gasthof Lend-Platzl was easily our favourite. The room was such a beautifully decorated room, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast (we chose the vegetarian option) was AMAZING. Fresh bread, homemade dips/sauces, delicious cheese.

Buffet breakfast on Sunday morning was very nice. It’s hard to find things open on Sunday, but the hotel opened the restaurant just for breakfast. We had a family dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good.

Hotel restaurant closes after breakfast Sunday. Even the reception was closed for the rest of the day. Small family owned hotel. You’re on your own Sunday with only an emergency number to call.

Amazing hotel, staff, location, breakfast, everything. Best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Austria. Very comfortable rooms, very nice beds, and extremely quiet, so you’d never know there was a restaurant downstairs. Would definitely stay here if we come to Graz again.

Breakfast was quite good (although a little bit puzzling - not easy to understand the options). Very near the historical city center. It has an agreement with a public parking nearby (10 €/day).

Very nicely appointed small hotel. It’s directly above a restaurant run by the same family. The food is great, the staff friendly, and it has a nice roof top bar (or place to have dinner).

They don’t offer laundry service, but that’s not too big of a deal if you’re willing to walk down the street to a laundromat (about 5 minute walk).

The location was amazing, situated above an absolutely lovely restaurant with a terrace. The room was adorable and the bathroom set up was so cool. Lots of nice touches all around.

Rooms are nicely decorated, attention to really nice things. Location is perfect to explore Graz, 5-10 minutes to everything. Breakfast was also great. Highly recommended...

The arrival was slightly confusing as the apartment is in a separate building altogether on a way one street. But the staff was friendly and helped me find the way.

Such a cute and quaint place with a lot of character. In a great location. Very good breakfast. Loved the rooftop terrace!

No parking on site

I liked the way how the rooms were designed. It felt very special. The staff was accommodating and helped me stay another night - different room, but same floor. Also, they helped me contact a friend. Overall, I really felt like a guest!
