One Of The best hotels I Have ever stayed at

Fantastic location directly across the plaza from the hauptbahnhof (be sure to look for "Hotel Europa" and not "Austria Trend" on the signage). It's a 20 minute or so walk to the altstadt or easy to catch a tram at the hauptbahnhof to the altstadt and other locations like Schloss Eggenberg. Friendly staff at check in and check out with no problems. Spacious, clean room with a wall of windows and a comfortable bed and duvet and nice sized bathroom with comfy towels and good water pressure and hot water. Wish we had had time to use the sauna. A good value!

The location is good.

The hotel is of a lower standard than other hotels in the Austria Trend chain. We paid 27 euros for a parking space for two nights, while the description stated 17 euros. Incorrect information or something else - I don't know...

The location is fantastic - just across the train station in Graz, well connected by tram (or a short walk) to historical center. Staff is polite and friendly, rooms are big and very clean, and beds are comfortable.It is possible to book a parking in garage next door for a big discount (12 euros for 24h, 17 euros for 48 hours), which we greatly appreciated.

Hotel staff very kindly and polite. Good location. Only 20 minutes walk from downtown. Is second experience with Austria Trend hoteles and next time I will choose the same one. Parking at an acceptable price.

Location: across from the train station and a tram stop, and a 20 minute walk to the Old Town (if a couple of euros for the tram is too much). Great breakfast and large room.

Air conditioning seemed hard to control.

Staff was friendly. Proximity to the landmark. Pet friendly. Train was across the street.

Nothing that I could remember.

I loved our stay. The hotel offers comfort, there is professional staff and breakfast was delicious. I especially appreciate the sound proofing and the fact, that even though I arrived a bit early, I was able to get the room. That is always a big plus. I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing that I noticed is that the hairdryer needs some cleaning. At least from time to time. I had to clean mine before I could use it.

The bathroom wasn’t really clean, several different hairs from other persons. Also little water pressure and varying temperatures in the shower

The family room is very spacious with big and wide windows; lots of storage spaces; loved the refreshing smell of the hand soap.

The ac is relatively loud, but we all did sleep well.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing! The staff is very professional and polite. We requested a late check in at 1am, reception is open 24/7. Public parking is available without reservation. The location is great, close to downtown, tram station is just in front of the hotel. Overall 10+ from our side :)

The room was looking like very new, modern ambiance and very clean.The breakfast was very good; everything you would expect was there and much more.

The breakfast room felt like a restaurant and had a great variety of meal options. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel foyer presented an impressive welcome. Situated across the road from the train station, it is an ideal location to co-ordinate accommodation with train travel. The hotel is located an easy walk, about 20 minutes, from the old town.

The location, opposite the Central Railway Station. Very easy access to the centre by tram. The breakfast was great. We had coffee and tea in the room. The room was very cosy, we loved the central heating. ? The room was soundproofed, we couldn't hear the traffic outside.

We liked everything about the hotel. I'd love to stay there again.❤️

Location, large room space, and very kind staff with great hospitality.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with surprisingly well-reduced noise from the busy road in front.

The room was too hot for sleep, even after airing it out and turning off the radiators.

Easy walk to city center, good heating in room on a cold Graz day, good cheap 12 eur parking garage on spot.
