Very close to the train station and within a walking distance to the downtown (also, there is a good tram connection). Friendly and supportive staff at the reception desk. Very good breakfast. Clean room.

This is a great place, comfortable, huge rooms, and close from both the Graz train station and downtown and public transportation, calm, we had a good time and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was large and shower pressure was decent.
Short: front desk staff. Only one light in the entire large room (not near the bed), bathroom door is heavy and can't be kept open causing the bathroom to be very cold at night and having to use lights because you can't use the ambient light from the bedroom to get around the bathroom in the middle of the night. Only given one towel, one hand towel, one pillow... Long:The man at the front desk when i checked in seemed extremely inconvenienced by having to do his job. I didn't even get comfortable really asking about other things to do in the city because the question is two i already asked seemed to put him out. Then when i went to get my luggage from storage the door closed on my power cord pulling it out of my phone and closing it in the door. I asked if he could come reopen it (he was already back behind his desk) and he just loudly said "just follow the doors to the elevator". I walked over and said that no, i needed the door reopened to get my cord put.He literally rolled his eyes and sighed as he got back up to help me. Making it very clear with his demeanor how put out he was by this. The guy in the evening and next morning was much nicer but i already planned not to extend my stay after the first guy made me feel so unwelcome. Then the room was very large which was nice, but there was only one light in the corner opposite the bed which didn't provide enough light on the bed area. The outlet to plus the charger in was way to far from the bed. Overall the hotel was acceptable... But lots of room for improvement, especially with the front desk man.
Pleasant stay near main train station. Easy access to transportation, or just a short walk to the city center. Comfortable and quiet.
Very minor thing, but it would be nice to have an electric water kettle in the room. But otherwise everything was good. I would gladly stay here again.
Good location near the station, good to catch the train. The room is a decent size, bathroom is as well, for this price point.
I wish they could've told me upfront that they'll only do cleaning once every 3 nights. As a guest, you have to register by filling in a form from a QR code on the wall before 10pm for your room to be cleaned tomorrow. The floor does not look that clean. I think the carpet might just be too old and needs replacement.
Location, cleanliness, spacious bathroom.
Safety deposit box could be nice addition in room and also extra table for eating food.
Minimalist clean and comfortable room. Location is ideal with Hptb. Luggage storage was provided! Easy walk to old town. Great value! Highly recommended!
Great location, staff all helpful and attentive. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was very good
New build, convenient to many tram lines and main train station. Quiet, had balcony with a window to a park. Had a minisplit heat/cool. Had elevator.
No pressure balance for shower so it would bounce from hot to cold often.
Convenient location, good bed
Could use better soundproofing. Could hear other guests and trams down street.
In-person check-in at reception was quick and easy. Parking is available across the street at the Leiner Parking Garage, which was excellent with easy access and easy maneuverability. Pay at the hotel for a reasonable, cut-rate price. The hotel itself reminds me of a giant college dorm a bit on the edge of town. It’s a 12-minute walk to the border of the history district, almost 20 minutes to the main square; however, you can grab the tram which runs right in front of the hotel. The room was basic, but large enough to easily lay out luggage without tripping over things. There was a small area to hang half a dozen items, shelf space for folded clothes, toiletry space by the sink, and a desk table to setup a charging station. Plenty of accessible electrical outlets by the table and bed for charging devices. Small, modern bathroom was well maintained, but there were some issues with the water. Wi-Fi was fast and consistent enabling easy upload of pictures and video chats. Breakfast was a standard cold continental, and I never had a problem getting a seat, although I could see how that would happen with larger families. Communication was proactive and responsive, and reception was always friendly and helpful.
The single bed with duvet and pillow was not very comfortable – it wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t relaxing. I could not get the wall-mounted air conditioning to come on, so to cool the room at night for optimal sleeping, I had to crack the windows open. There’s a fair amount of noise from below and from the open windows of other rooms. Noise is also an issue within the apartment with lots of slamming doors, talking, and yelling in the halls – again, think college dorm. The environment did not lead to a great night’s sleep. The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak and the temperature fluctuates, sometimes, wildly. Although the neighborhood felt quite safe, its location on the fringe made it less appealing.
Clean, modern, comfortable room with a great bed and shower. Fairly close to transportation, and just a short tram ride into the old town.
Very helpful staff, very good breakfast, great location
Friendly staff on reception. Close to the station and only a short walk in to town. Good sized supermarket opposite.
Nothing!
The room was lovely and very spacious. It had an attached bathroom to it.It also had a big telly(TV), there was a table and a cushion to sit on. It would have been nice if there was a chair around in the room. There was no wardrobe but this wasnt an issue as there were plenty of hangers to hang your clothes. The receptionist guy was very nice, friendly and helpful when I arrived and make the check in process so easy. The bed was a double bed and very spacious. The room and the bathoom/toilet was very clean. There was hot and cold running water for shower and tap water. There was a lot of toilet paper provided along with hair dryer and soap, along with plenty of bathroom towels which was amazing. It was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every day and if you didnt want your room cleaned during your stay you just needed to hang 'do not disturb' sign to make it understandable for the cleaning staff who were very friendly and nice. The hotel location is about 20 -25 minutes to the main town centre square and very accessible on foot to all the main attractions which are within walking distance. The train station is very close, nearby and from the main bus stop its about 25-30 minutes. There is a local bus stop just outside the hotel. There are cafes, take away food nearby to the hotel, also some restaurants within walking distance and a nearby supermarket within 7-10 minutes walking distance which was very convenient.I didnt try the breakfast but the dining room was very spacious and there was a lot of place to sit and enjoy your time at the hotel. The room was very safe and secure to keep your belongings and the room door works on a code system, which was very secure and modern. The hotel was also very safe and secure. The receptionist area had many guides and maps of Graz which was very useful and informative. The receptionist staff was so lovely that even after check-out I was able to keep my bag in a locked room and able to come and collect it later.
It would have been nice if there was a mini fridge in the room as I was unable to keep cold meats, cheese bought from the supermarket. At night it can get a bit noisy as its along one of the main streets that heads towards the town centre and you can hear people outside at night talking and making noise along the street, but I find this no fault of the hotel at all. Its just the people outside behaving in such a manner. Also, I had a plug for phone charging but most of the plugs I connected in the room, there were sparks coming from the socket, so it felt a bit unsafe not knowing what was happening.I should have mentioned this at reception.I was careful though when using the plug to connect my phone.Im not sure if this was due to the new plug I had purchased for charging my phone or due to the sockets in the room. Overall no issues apart from this.
Very clean room and bathroom. The staff are very friendly. Location is good. Worth the price definitely.
There are no fridge and trash can in the room, but that is no big problem because everything other is very good.
Location location location. Located between the station and the historic district with a park out the back door. Clean and well appointed . We recommend a visit.
Warning, google maps took us to the back door - you need the front entrance for your first visit. Not the nice hotel’s fault.
The staff was polite and responsive, the room comfortable and set up with everything you might need
