Hotel Wasserpalast - breakfast for free!!!

All was fine, meets the expectation for the price and the amount I've paid. Of course it is not a Hilton, but the price also reflects it. Good value for your money.

The breakfast could be a bit better, there are not much to choose from, but still fine.

great location and rooms were a good size with a large comfortable bed. Rooms nice and light and there are large windows for those who like fresh air. Chinese buffet at the hotel which was pretty good.

The room was quiet ok for this price. It is a good value for money.

If you have an electric vehicle, don't come to this place. They asked for 20 Euros for AC charging, while I could charge my Nissan Leaf for 10 Euros at a public DC charger. The price makes no sense.

We stayed for one night and I think it is a good value for money. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

The room was small, the equipment was a bit outdated, but ok.

I expected hairdrier integrated in bathrom.

It was clean and had everything we needed.

When we arrived they forgot to mention how to get in the building after a certain hour (I think after 23 pm) and nobody asnwered the Phone to let us in when we came back from the City center. Luckily, we found the back door of the building open and we managed to enter.

Clean place, room not very large but acceptable; the whole construction is under renovation and this creates a bit of discomfort.

Everything was great

Staff was very helpful. The entrance & restaurant will be beautiful when completed in Nov 2024. The included breakfast was good. Parking OK.

IKEA sryle twin beds were very hard & unforgiving. Felt I was trying to sleep on a doctor's examination table. No ice found - & front desk closed @ 2200, so no opportunity to ask.

Unfortunately was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. There was urine on the toilet seat when I arrived, which indicates a lack of thorough cleaning and attention to detail. This is unacceptable for a hotel of any standard. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to improve their housekeeping standards.

This is a Budget Hotel and was clean inside. The Desk Staff member was great and had a good knowledge of English and was able to offer advice. Breakfast was basic but okay. The location with the bus stop outside was ideal to get to the centre. Take bus 74 to the termination stop and then bus E4 to the centre termination stop. The buses were incredibly frequent and waiting was minimal. Less than 30 minutes to the centre including changing buses. Unable to purchase ticket on the bus but able from a machine at the 1st termination stop. Easiest was a 24hr ticket for roughly 7 Euros. Good off road parking.

The outside area could be a bit more welcoming. If you get there before 3pm you will have to wait.

What I would really place as an advantage at first is that there is possibility for late check-in if you let the office know soon enough and second the location of the place is on the crossing of the two main highways, so you don't have to drive any far from the Exit in order to get quickly on the road the next day. Well recommend for short stay.

There was no AC in my room, and becouse it was on top floor under the roof, the room was quite hot in the evening.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was used a little more so it was wobbly.

When we paid for the room online, we also paid a tax per person for 2.5 EUR per person. We were also asked to pay the same fee again at the hotel.

room a good size and shower was fine but a little small for a big fella. A nice italian restaurant nearby and close enough to town. Plenty of parking and good entrance.

breakfast was pretty poor with very little choice and quality wasnt the best and had to wait ages for eggs as staff chatting on the phone.

The room is well suited for an overnight stay for inexperienced clients. Generally friendly reception staff. The room is clean.

The interior of the room is very marked by the stamp of time and needs some updating. Quite ascetic.

Great value for money. Spacious accommodation and friendly staff. Standard good breakfast.

People expect too much from budget friendly accommodation. There are no negatives if you expect a decent location, nice staff in older hotel with budget friendly price.

Good place to stay, friendly service, flexible about check-in. A nice and refreshing breakfast!
