- Close to old city. Nice room.
- Very clean and neat apartment. Great location near Lend Platz and AVL. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and clothes washer. Large living room. Balcony is great. Hotel employee is very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- Noisy street. No wash basin. With the toilet.
- Traffic noise from the street below is quite loud in the daytime but it's quiet in the evening.
