Pros +
- We liked the proximity to the centre as well as the parking spot.It was comfortable and clean.
- Very attractive room in a beautiful old villa in a quiet and attractive part of town which is well connected to the city centre (10 mins by tram)
- Room was very nice
Cons -
- It was a bit chilly though you get ample blankets. One of the beds covers half of the heater lowering its stength.
- The experience is that of a flat-share, with minimal staff presence and very disappointing breakfast facilities (essentially bring your own). This would be ok, but calling it a hotel is misleading and creates different expectations
- Had about 4 stink bugs in the room that made a lot of noise and left me unconfortable. Even though I'm aware that they are not harmful, it's not at all pleasant to have them sleeping with you. If not that, I'd have given a much better review. Also if you check in after 3pm on weekends and bank holidays you're asked to fill the check in form at the reception which is left there to anyone to ser your personal information, which it looks lime a huge GPDR breach. I'd suggest to leave the forms in the room and ask guests to filo them up there and collect them upon check out.

The staff was very friendly, room was clean
It was rather cold
The staff was very helpful. I asked for an Iron and they provided me one almost immediately. I also asked If I could leave in the hotel my baggage some hours after my check out due to some personal issues and they accepted for free. Before leaving with my luggage, later that day, the staff helped me to book a taxi and to carry my really heavy stuff to the taxi. The propriety has a cute garden where I spent a quality time.
Very nice and comfortable rooms.Lovely staff and really, really clean.Love it….
Nice chill-out location in a quiet neighbourhood. The garden was pleasant and peaceful.
A room fan would have been welcome as it was 30c most days.
Very pleasant hotel with history, close to the center, quiet location, nice garden and very friendly staff.
The check in was really uncomplicated and we were even allowed to bring our things into the room a few hours before the official check in (as we were early due to the event we were in town for). The rooms were spacious and there was the chance to work (desk/enough light available).
The only thing that was a bit negative was that the room was not very quiet, i.e., I could hear noises from several other rooms or outside during the second night of my stay. But overall that was not a big issue as the noises were rather muffled.
The walls are very thin. In the morning we would be woken up by the reception bell and people's voices.
The hotel is very clean, it is easily accessible from the Old Town by trams and buses. It lies in a nice quiet part of the city.
Z fridge in the room would be nice.
Even if there is no breakfast, there is a small room with a great machine for coffee/tee/cappuccino and crockery so you can bring your own food and have breakfast there
Friendly reception, big room with modern fittings .
Beautiful room and garden. Nice and helpful hosts.
Really nice and charming hotel, very clean, parking available, the room is small but fine, has everything what you need.
Good location. 15 min walk to the Med Univ of Graz. Staff were helpful. Clean single room. Bus stops are nearby.
Not entirely sound proof. No extra pillow in the room.
Good location, clean rooms, comfortable beds.
Unfortunately, we got a room with a glass door to the toilet that could not be closed completly. So the person resting on the bed could admire another person using the toilet.
Clean big room with an excellent view. Good location.
It was very loud in the night - I presume it was a heat pump running
Clean rooms nice and quiet garden
The so-called "included breakfast" is just a coffee machine. The internet connection is very poor
Room was spacious and quiet, looking out over a garden which you can also use when staying at the Villa Rückert. Unfortunately, they do not offer breakfast but serve coffee and tea in a really nice tearoom. Since we arrived by car, being able to park in front of the property for free and to leave the car there until 5pm on the check-out day was incredibly convenient.
The floor of the room was not entirely clean and since the reception wasn't staffed when we arrived, we had to wait outside for a bit until someone arrived to open the door.
