location and cleanliness

I stayed in 4 hotels during my vacation in Austria. Unfortunately this location had my lease favorite breakfast, my lease favorite view, and my least favorite rooms. The staff was fanastisch!! So friendly and helpful! The location was PERFECT!!

The breakfasts were not so great. The rooms were a missed opportunity, so much empty unused space. Hard to move furniture around.

Quiet and clean room. Nice roomy lounge lobby.

Not enough receptionists and therefore always lines of people and long waiting. Can not use restroom before checkin.

Great location and considering we were overlooking the main bus stop, shockingly quiet.

For me, the bed was a bit firm and the pillow a bit light.

We thought the location was good, close to downtown. Friendly staff and clean rooms. We didn’t have the breakfast, but many nearby options for food. Safe and comfy. Good bed and bedding.

The room is relatively small but well appointed and worked fine for two people.

Location was great, right in the center of everything. Good bedding. Great staff. Good bar area.

Needed a kettle and did not have one. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator too. Shower water pressure was poor.

Exceptional value for money. The hotel is modern, comfortable and easy walking distance to everything. The staff were amazing. We’ll stay again for our next visit to Graz.

Small room-

I like hotel motel one chain but something didn’t click with this one. The location is great but everything also just ok. The bathroom has a little strange smell . We booked the big room which had big windows but faced a inner yard and the parking is near but if you come with suitcase do know its not exactly across the street.

Great hotel with lovely decor. The staff were very helpful, check in fast. Bar area very funky and modern with lots of artwork. Room comfortable and warm, small but adequate. Bed was comfortable. Had breakfast at hotel which was really nice. Short walk to main part of town with lots of places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay again.

I felt that the breakfast left much to be desired since there were no hot options - no oatmeal, no bacon, no pancakes etc. Maybe it is a regional thing.

Would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.... would have been nice to have a bit brighter spot in the lounge so I could see to read while chilling out ..... but that's just minor things it was a lovely stay

Great location! Walking distance to the old town and all the places of interest! Neat and clean!

Compact and small.

Brilliant location as we went to the Opernredoute at the Opera and were able to walk home afterwards. They had a deal with the car park opposite so that was cheaper too. The rooms are small but for a night - and we were dancing most of it - it was fine. Staff members great and very helpful.

We left a package for friends of ours who were leaving earlier. It was not handed over.......

Funky, artsy hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are quite small but comfortable, excellent soundproofing keeps noise of trains and trams out, for good sleep. Good breakfast, excellent staff at bar and front desk. Would definitely recommend.
