PLAZA INN Graz Messe

Very friendly personnel, excellent breakfast, convenient location, comfortable room, everything.

Staff is amazing! They helped us with extending our stay, finding restaurants, and navigating public transport. A1

+ Very modern, clean room with good soundproofing. Electric kettle + coffee and tea in the room is a nice touch+ Good breakfast+ Good wifi+ Not too far from city center, close to tram & bus stop+ Walking distance from TU Graz campus

- This did not affect me at all, but mind that the hotel is close to a small train station. Soundproofing is good and railway traffic seems low especially at night, but if you have very light sleep you may want to ask for a room on the upper floors.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a fairly new hotel with excellent facilities. The shower was one of the best we have experienced on this holiday. The room was an excellent size. It was reasonably close to the centre and we were able to use the tram fairly easily. We appreciated the off street parking. There was a very good breakfast provided.

Everything was fine.

Great breakfast , clean room, nice staff .

Breakfast was good. Beds are very comfortable

Chair at the desk was uncomfortable

All staff are friendly, room was clean, bed is comfy

Breakfast choices is pretty much limited

newly built/renovated; located close to train station

(online) checkin procedure not really working; even at physical checkin no smooth checkin possible

Clean Rooms, very good location close to the Graz Messe. Very good breakfast, but somewhat expensive.

The room was clean, big and modern. Check-in was very easy and there is always attentive staff around. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel PLAZA INN Graz! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed, thanks to the exceptional service of Mrs. Fatima at the reception. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail.Mrs. Fatima ensured that my check-in process was seamless and took the time to answer all my questions about the hotel and local attractions. Her warm demeanor and efficiency made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, close to key attractions and public transport, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.I highly recommend Hotel PLAZA INN Graz, especially for the outstanding hospitality provided by staff members like Mrs. Fatima. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Graz!

Everything was tidy and clean, staff is always smiling and is very approachable. Breakfast is extremely good and worth every penny.Location is also great, 15 min walk or a 5 min tram ride from the very center of Graz.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but nonthless I've had a good night sleep.

Honestly, it was better than I expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was quite clean and new. At the Reception, Fatime was so lovely and helpful. Thanks to her for her kindness.

There is no door for privacy when you take a shower. It causes problem for longer stays.

Excellent location, clean and silent rooms. Rich breakfast.

You can park on the streets.

friendly staff, clean rooms, modern space, interesting breakfast

everything was good

The rooms were very clean and spaciuos. The breakfast had a lot to choose from, and very good cofee. The location is very near the centre, the tram station is opposite the hotel. Eventough it is close to the train rails, you do not hear the trains passing. It was a great stay.

Nice place, quite and easy to find.Very clean.Receptionists are so nice and they speak many languages what makes the communication easier.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you are travelling either for business or for leisure. Rooms are very clean , comfy and spacious.

Breakfast can have more vegan options, as these days many people are vegan.

Comfortable bed , clean and warm. Room is cozy, Breakfast is various. Hotel is close to tram station and very easy to go to center of city. Market and McDonalds are in neighbor. Hotel is recommended for sure.

Parking was full, staff are not so polite. On TV only regular program. Other things are ok.

Very clean, comfortable bed, decent family room size, good breakfast

Parking fee 15 euros per day
