The place is very nice, without a doubt. There's plenty of parking, which is a huge plus! It's very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is very nice

My room was located on the ground floor, right next to the dining area, which becomes a restaurant in the evening! The noise was unbearable and very unpleasant. Plus, whenever I wanted to go out or come back, I had to walk past 20 people sitting there and staring at me. It was a very uncomfortable feeling.​At night, during these months, it is very problematic and dangerous to go out from there. There is no street lighting, the streets are very narrow, and it is very dangerous..

Very nice and calmly place, sideways from the centre with good sleep :-), it is useful to use GPS to find it :-)))

Clean and comfortable room in a quiet area of Graz. The staff was nice and helpful for our visit to town. Excellent terrace with a beautiful view.

Great place to stay , we use it for the Austrian Grand Prix. Only 50 minute drive .

No Kitchen Sunday evening

Beautiful, peaceful location. Dinner and and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Service was top notch. Even when our dogs weren’t at their best behavior, everyone was kind, patient and understanding. We were driving from Tbilisi Georgia to our home in France and had to do the drive within a week. Days of long drives and stressed dogs and our night at Stoffbauer was a most welcome and comforting break on a stressful trip. Thank you

Needed a taxi to access the city of Graz, each 20 minute taxi trip cost about 20 Euro. So basically access to downtown Graz.

Everything great except location up in the hills, narrow winding road uphill, difficult to find. Taxi from there to center 18 euros.

Explanation of exact location and how to get there. We saved on city parking but then we spent 30-36 euros a day going to Graz and back by taxi.

Bad

The prepayment was debited before closing the reception. Calls and messages were not answered. I had to look for a new place in the middle of the night. the building itself is on the outskirts where there is a very poor mobile connection

Very good breakfast, with any egg and/or bacon cooked to order.Loved the quiet location on a hill, up above Graz, with countryside on the doorstep, giving the best of both worlds. Hotel has a lovely garden, which I imagine would be great for an evening meal, but unfortunately wasn't something we could enjoy on this visit.

The lack of info on the local area, especially any walking and about restaurants down in the city. Having said that the dear old lady at reception did her best to verbally guide us to one on the evening we arrived, as the hotel resturant was closed at that time,

Beautiful garden restaurant, nice breakfast.

There was nobady at the reception desk at the time of our arrival and it took us quite a while to find someone to check us in. The room, we had booked was taken, so we had to stay at much smaller room where we hardly fit. The stuff was nice and helpful and they offered us a beer as an excuse. The last unpleasant thing was the playground (as we have a little child we always look for a place with playground in the garden). The playground wasn’t in a good condition, wich made it really dangerous for children.

Breakfast was poor and it was impossible to connect to the Wifi in the room, no one could explain how to do it, there were no people at the reception.

Pretty much everything l am afraid to say .... room very dated and not very clean, bed uncomfortable, linen very old, pillows terrible - hairdryer broken, could find only one power socket that worked. Advertised restaurant no longer functioning - didn’t risk breakfast. Grumpy owners/staff.
