JUFA Hotel Graz Süd - Self Check-in

Good location, clean and cozy room, parking available. Everything was great!

Very comfortable beds, tram station close to the hotel.

So cold, we werent able to adjust the temperature, so that is a minus.

Okay for a short stay. Clean rooms and plenty of free parking. Breakfast was okay. Good value.

1. Super easy self check-in – took just 10 seconds, no need to worry about check-in times.2. Free parking right by the hotel.3. Modern interior and spotless cleanliness.4. Comfortable bed with quality linens.5. Convenient shower with stable hot water.6. Several big supermarkets and McDonald’s nearby.7. Easy access to the city center by tram – only 15 minutes.

1. It would be even better if the room had an electric kettle and bottled water.

The size of the apartment room, the comfort, the equipment (kitchen included) was truly amazing. It's been a while since I've stayed in a hotel where I felt like: "this was an great deal".

self check-in works really well and is fast, a welcome improvement! There are enough parking spaces available and the parking is free. The breakfast also improved from last year as well - the coffee is now enjoyable ?The room had a very adequate size for a single person and was very clean. i would book this hotel again!

Everything - price, location, spacious, clean, self-check-in

Nice breakfast, very comfortable bed.

Noise of a football match in the neighbour. Our mini fridge was not working.

Covinient and comfortable accomodation. Staff is ready to support for any issue. We got the invoice directly from hot even though we booked and payed via booking.

One night we had a lack of hot water for showering, but problem was solved day after.

Clean, great parking, location, fantastic personnel

There was some heating problem in the room.

Checkin is easy as it is fully automated. That was about the only good thing in our stay

I’ve booked a “large double bed + single bed” for me my wife and my 6 year old child, but instead I’ve got a room with three single beds, one of them being a bunk bed with no guard rails whatsoever. Not wanting to risk my daughter falling from that height, I’ve decided to sleep on the bunk bed myself, but the mattress was so soft and thin that it was like lying on a table. Bedside lamps were too strong, so you couldn’t true. It on without lighting the whole room up, and one of them was missing some screws so it would only point down. The shower is completely dark and didn’t heat up enough for a good shower. There are no employees on site after 2:30pm, and you only get one key card for your room. You can’t even enter the lobby without a key after 2:30pm. The website listed it as having an indoor play area, but there’s no such thing.

Rooms are clean and location is good (1min away from tram station).

The room was cold, the heating did not work properly

Parking, clean, hospitable receptionists

Laundry bag would be nice.

in general room was good, nice and comfortable.

staff a bit distracted, gave keys of the same room for 2 quests. so we entered to room where other couple was stayed. it was a bit funny, but not acceptable

connection to the downtown by tram was very good; clean; there was enough space for parking and it was free

I was invited to register per e-mail since, according to the information in the invitation mail, the reception desk would not be occupied at the time of my arrival. Even though I registered per e-mail, when I arrived (it was night, I was tired from driving, had the luggage in my hands) I had to fill in the registration forms on the touch screen in front of the building. What was additional problem -- THERE ARE NO MEASURES FOR DATA PROTECTION -- anyone behind me could see or read the data, see my signature etc.

Big parking, pleasant receptionist, clean room

Disappointing

We were 20 mins late for checkout and got penalty of 10e for late checkout, there is no tolerance which is not okay for serious hotel.

Free parking in front of the buildingVery close to the tram station

Basement location of the apartment

Free parking, close to tram, easy excess to centre ,
