Good location to stay when you travel to Italy

No light at the reception desk area when you might have sat, especially when your room is so small you cannot sit comfortably there

Very comfortable room, perfect for relaxing. Clean and nice.

Shower cabin is small in my opinion but it’s manageable. Everything else was good

The location was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, well equipped - if little worn. The check-in system is ok...onlya few hours with an attendant, otherwise it is self check in. Nothing g I Graz is really a great deal financially, but it was fair. It was a good place for my family and I ro stay as we explored Graz.

Nothing. It wasn't a spectacular place. But there also was nothing bad about it. It was decent convenient

It's was fine for one night , staff was nice and breakfast was good.

Rooms were small, it was a bit noisy, parking was a quite full.

Not worth it for the money! The rooms are old destroyed and neglected. Equipment very cheap and dirty. The floor is dirty and cheap. Breakfast very modest. The hotel looks like a hostel.

The breakfast in the hotel was very delicious. The personal was very polite. Check-in was understandable and easy.

The room was very efficiently designed, with enough storage space. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very convenient located for travellers who come by car. There is free parking in front of the hotel and there is a supermarket opposite of the hotel. It is not very near to the city centre but by car it is only about 15 mins drive. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is also very dog friendly.

Easy to reach by car. Possibility of free parking. Good self check-in.

Rooms very small (maybe around 10 sqm without counting toilette and corridor). Only separated beds. No vertical wardrobes but only some closet shelves.

Room was extremely small for a couple and 2 small dogs. No space to move.We have stayed at this hotel several times having a big room but this time room was really a disappointment

On our stay at Greenrooms we met the warm and welcoming receptionist, Siya. She helped us with the public transport to the minute detail and also the places we had visited in the city. This is where it shows how kind and hospitable she was, she printed us an itinerary for Graz, which mentioned places to visit, public transport with the names of the stops, and recommended places to eat delicious food. We wish her best for her future endeavors. Thank you Siya.

What we did not like is that, there could have been smart furniture installed in the rooms that could win them more space for occupants to move around freely and set up bags on a desk/platform in case of big ones.

Beds where very comfortable. Also the guy in reception was very friendly.

A little bit small room. But it has everything what you need for a night.

Location

It was a smell like someone peed in the room..very small room for that money. It was quite difficult to manage that little space in the room with luggages and 2 persons.

We came after reception working hours, we couldn’t find parking space in the lot which made the stay much more problematic.

It was clean

Very small rooms, uncomfortable beds. If checking in after 11PM you'll meet with a check-almachine that demands a lot of info, while we just want go to sleep, not filling some fields for fifteen minutes.
