Little bit Difficult to walk with luggage But you can call taxi from bus station to hotel

Location. Staff gave great directions to the car parking which is inside pedestrian zone.

Room is comfort, clean and new. Bed is comfort. Facilities in room are good. Location is walking distance to city center and castle. Room with river view and castle view is exceptional. Highly recommend!

Driving to hotel is a bit challenge as google map is not correct and there is restriction in old town area.

everything was like in the online description and the view from the balcony was fantastic! It was cozy and warm in the room when we arrived, and we loved the little extra treats (bottle of sparkling water and espresso coffee). Internet/wifi connection was good. The beds were quite comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was buffet style and good. It is possible to park the car near the hotel, but the staff has to be notified in advance - they will then reserve a spot and it costs 16 Euros (or 400 kr) per night (entry/exit is only allowed between 5 pm -11 am.) We decided to park our car on one of the self service parking lots outside the old town (P5, next to the bus lot, had cameras) with no problems and paid a little less. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to be back sometime.

Great location and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and super helpful. They were also very responsive when we contacted them with questions. We also appreciated the opportunity to park at the hotel.

Clean, very nice location, very nice view, and helpfull stuff. Really like staying.

Bathroom can be redesigned. Its difficult to get a shower in bathtub. And there is no curtain or protection for the water not to splash around.

An excellent location, great view to the river and old city. Very delicious and various breakfast. Highly recommended and will stay here again.

The staff at the reception were very helpful.

The carpet has a smell. I wish the window could be opened wider for fresh air to come in. The shower holder was not high enough.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with beautiful views of the river right from the room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the room—including the bathroom—was very clean. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of tasty options. Highly recommended!

A wonderful property with friendly service and a speedy elevator to our pristine room. Location was nearby literally everything - walking distance to any number of restaurants. Our receptionist was able to show us how to get directly to the property using Waze as Google Maps does not do the job. Breakfast (included) was wonderful with all the thing you would expect.

Sadly, getting to the hotel without any clues was very difficult. Waze did the job. Something that booking.com didn't mention is that vehicles aren't allowed between certain dates (yes, we were in between). There is a sister property that has a "deal" for hotel guest, but it has to be paid for by the person at the hotel before arriving at the restaurant. This was not explained to us. Also, the menu said beer, but there was none.
