We are outraged by the attitude of the hotel staff. A hotel representative not answered our request for a room on the lower floor. It turned out that we were settled on a high floor. We are old, unhealthy.All our stay in the SK was ruined.

My room was so quiet for such a central and convenient location. The furnishings were simple and rustic and very comfortable, just how I like it. The bed was probably the most comfortable of all the beds during travels. The room was light and airy and very clean. Jana {sp?} was friendly and efficient checking me in and answered any questions I had. I would look forward to staying here again.

Cool historic room with plenty of space for our family. Easy walk tolfrom spicak bus stop, Svornosti Square, and even train station if you had too.

Staff was extremely accommodating. Office faces the castle. Fantastic location. Apartment provided a lot of space. Highly recommend.

Loved staying in a historic apartment in the actual outer castle wall. II felt like I traveled back in time yet had modern plumbing!

Until I figured out it wasn’t a train coming but cars driving down the stone road outside the window I was a bit concerned but nothing earplugs couldn’t solve.

Old but a large apartment with a castle view. It was right next to Krumlov castle and very convenient.

There were lots of tourists speaking loudly under my room. But as the weather was cold, it was ok if I closed the window. Summer may have a problem.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was reasonably convenient to the sites.

The key lock box and parking being behind a locked gate that you cannot access on your own is a little inconvenient - but they were generally very responsive when we needed in.

Cleanliness very poor. My room had collection of spiders. It was not dusty, but dust was visible. Terrible WIFI. Wooden floor makes a lot of noise. Poor value for price I paid. Breakfast basic - it’s okay but again, for that price it should be way better. Bring your own shower gel, toothpaste.

The flat was spacious, clean, and just as advertised. The host was very quick to respond to my messages and flexible to our reasonable requests.

Perfect location to explore the town and castle. Breakfast was well done and apartments are spacious!

Older style apartments but very clean and comfortable. Our host who checked us in was lovely and the location was ideal being right in the heart of the old town. Highly recommend as a cheaper option for travellers!

Amazing location in the heart of Česky Krumlov. Room was big and comfortable for the one night we stayed

The apartment was very spacious and pretty comfortable. Giant bathroom, large rooms, kitchen (I can't comment on how it was equipped, we didn't use it apart from the fridge). It was perfectly situated in the historical center, so it was no more than 5 minutes away from any place you would want to see in Krumlov. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Overall great value for money,

It should be cleaned better. There were many cobwebs in every room. One bulb in the bathroom was flickering and there was no light above the sinks, just an empty lamp with the fluorescent tube missing. They only provide miniscule packets of shampoo and soap, so if you don't bring yours, you'll have to go buy some - luckily there is a store right next door. (I messaged them if they could provide more shampoo and got no reply for this request.) Also, the hair dryer didn't work and after I messaged them about this, they just said they have to order a new dryer which won't arrive during out stay. So there was no desire on their part to help us out.

Brilliant location inside the castle wit supr views into the courtyard. It made it very easy to walk around all the sights and visit bars or restaurants. The room itself had genuine character. Parking was in a public car park only a short walk away and at a fair price

There was no check out facility till 9am. No one told us this so we had to improvise. SWe emailed them what we did but have not had a response.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment. Perfect location as well.

Bed was big and they provided a cot as well as extra bed for our toddler.

There was no wifi in our apartment as there was no signal. The room had small kitchenette but sink was in bathroom only if you wanted to wash anything.

Good location, wonderful apartment with a very big terrace.

Last floor without an elevator,but given the fact that this is an old building next to the castle it is acceptable.
