Castrum Hotel Székesfehérvár

The opening hours of the small gym and the sauna was convenient. The Staff was kind. The bar offered nice local wine. The room interior was nicely decorated.

The breakfast could have had a bit more healthy options.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, good restaurant

Excellent hotel with a wonderful team! Their multilingual service made our stay in Székesfehérvár especially smooth and pleasant. A special thanks to Marcel for his outstanding hospitality.

The rooms are comfy and spacious, breakfast is very good, the restaurant food is delicious and as a truck owner i love their parking. And staff is nice and super helpful.

For me the beds are too soft. But honestly most hotel beds are. And the AC controls are locked to a predefined temperature which I would have liked to set to a lower value. But this might just be personal preference

Clean, and renovated, parking and great location

Twin beds are small and the blanket is very small

Clean and confortable. Good breakfast and even that I left early in the morning, they made a brrakfeast to go for me.

Breakfast good & good choice. Personal very nice. Rooms are clean. Bed comfortable.

no electric socket near table, so not easy to plug pc. No comfortable working place. Missing kettle.

Great location. Refurbished hotel is wonderful. Bedroom great with new mattresses. Twin room however the beds were huge. Good breakfast too.

Friendly staff, good location, tasty breakfast, parking near the hotel.

A very nice hotel!!!! Very good location in a walking distance from the city center! Very comfortable and spacious rooms making my stay very pleasant! Ver friendly staff, always smiling and happy to help! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. Although it’s quite good, there is small room for improvements, especially regarding the variety of the things served. But as I said the breakfast is good also!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, newly renovated but not quite finished at the time of my stay

Clean room, good location.

There was no kettle in the room.

Nice staff, perfect location, flexible options for my son at the restaurant (he has an eating disorder), exceptionally clean room, German / English TV channels

My son knows when to stay an extra day, so… everything was in order.

I always come to this hotel a few times a year when I visit family, I like the size, the location and also that there is a room with kitchen appliances and washing machine/dryer/iron.

There really aren't any gluten free/dairy free food options on the day menu or the breakfasts, so finding what to eat is quite complicated.

Me and my partner loved the new design and look of the hotel, and the room itself was very cozy and clean as well!

Disabled room was nice and large and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly though some didn't speak much English. Breakfast was cold and ok but not great.

Terrible noise due to building work - part of the dining room, the first floor (including the swimming pool, spa etc), the third floor and all of the outside space were full of rubble, workmen etc - like staying in a building site basically. Unsavoury characters in the building all day and night. Drilling from 8am onwards including the weekend. I feel I have been misled and financially cheated. I would like recompense from either the hotel or Booking.com. It spoilt my holiday completely!!

The hotel has great location, close to the city centre. It is worth for the price. The room was clean and well equipped. The on going renovation was mentioned before our arrival. The room didn't have a minibar, fridge, but there was a kitchen with fridge, what we could used.

Our requests were not taken into account. The room was over heated, the control panel was not working in the room and when we asked to be checked, nothing happened. The DND sign was hanged, the staff tried to enter the room many times, even after requesting at the reception that do not enter our room.

The breakfast and the desert served in the hotel restaurant, parking in front of the hotel

The furniture in the room was very old and broken, curtains were broken, the floor carpet was very dirty and with stains, the sofa had also stains, wc was in another room outside the bathroom, it was very cold in the room during the night because the heater was not working properly, bad smell on the hotel hallway, there where renovation works ongoing.

Location. It very close to tourist spots. Good breakfast.

Room is outdated.

Excellent location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfy room. Overall, it was a great experience.
