The place is exactly as described. Good location, everything that we needed was in the room. Clean bed linen and comfy mattresses. We had a quadruple room, and there was enough space for everyone. Kitchen was next door. Actually, this was the most affordable hotel I could find in Pisek, and it was surprisingly nice.
Location is so good. There is a quite comfortable kitchen next to the room, It is possible to take some meal from supermarket or pizzeria and take it at the kitchen.
the soap dozer hanged on the wall 2 meters from the shower. not so convenient.also towels were a quite small size.And there were many people from Eastern Europe , shift working on the production nearest factories
I've seen some picky reviews about this place. I can only go by my room, 102, but:Was it spacious, comfortable, warm (January), clean, safe and quiet? YesWas it modern? No, but carpet clearly new
