Location was fantastic and the room was really comfortable. The town is beautiful. I would definitely recommend and hopefully we'll be back soon.

The only thing we were unhappy with were the pillows, they were too soft. We would definitely stay again though.

I really liked the way the hotel was so efficient with everything from breakfast, cleaning the rooms or skip and get a drink Coupon to the comfort of the rooms! Well done Ibis Styles.

Expensive. I needed a room with 2 separate beds. I paid extra for a larger family room. It only had 1 bed and a couch. I had to sleep on the couch.

- The hotel is in the center, supermarket (Rewe) and bakeries are just at the corner- Staff are very friendly- Free coffee & water ??

- Nothing to complain

How are we supposed to drink water when there’s not a cup in the room ?‍♀️Parking was full. Not convenient to park far.

The location is great, right in the centre of town but the rooms were still very quiet. All the main shops, cafes and restaurants are walking distance. There is parking available in the basement.

The rooms don't come with a kettle or any coffee making facilities but you could go down to the bar at any time and get all that stuff.

Sauber, freundlich, zentral. You get what you expect.

This was my first time in Germany, and the hotel's location was excellent—right on the main street, making it very convenient for exploring this beautiful town. The facilities were quite good as well. Although the space wasn’t particularly large, it’s understandable given the limited area in this location. Nevertheless, the facilities were exceptionally clean.

There were several front desk staff members, likely due to shift rotations. The staff we encountered at check-in were quite friendly. However, when we were leaving, there was an issue with the parking card, and we couldn’t make the payment (we had parked at "Parkhaus Zentrum Süd/Schützenstraße," a parking lot recommended by the hotel). When I returned to the hotel to seek assistance, the front desk staff explained that it wasn’t their responsibility and suggested I contact the parking lot directly. While I understood that she had a point—it indeed wasn’t the hotel’s issue—I still felt a bit disheartened. In my country, even in such "not our responsibility" situations, staff would still proactively offer to help contact the relevant party to ensure foreign guests feel at ease. Perhaps I had unrealistic expectations, even though I was merely trying to figure out how to make the payment. Overall, despite this minor incident, the hotel remains a great choice.

We had to ask directions to our room, we were given our room card key and thst was that.In September we visited Vietnam and they were extremely friendly and helpful, compared to every German Hotel in 12 days.

Definitely not worth the money.

I regret to say that this accommodation was not worth the price at all. The hotel was overcrowded, with a long line at check-in and only one receptionist handling everything. The breakfast organization was a complete disaster—there was no place to sit. And the fact that the hotel was full is no excuse; they should have better capacity management for such situations. The room was also lacking basic amenities. I definitely do not recommend this place, and I will never stay here again.

Typical Ibis, very small compact rooms but does the job for the price. Absolutely fine if you're travelling light. We had 2 massive suitcases and it was just too small, which made things a bit difficult.

The size of the rooms

The location is fantastic. You can walk to most of the attractions. Were at Bamberg only for 1 night and came specifically to taste the smoky and other beers. All such locations were at walking distance from hotel. The hotel is on main road and we were lucky to get parking spot even if its paid (EUR 20 / day). The lady at reception educated us nicely about the town with map. The breakfast was nice and sufficient. They have Tea / Coffee machine in lobby 24 x7. The bar is also nice. The room was with sufficient space and comfortable beds.

Nothing to be specific... The quality of juice served in the breakfast needs improvement.
