Very close to important place.

Too cold in the room at night. NO Car parking. No Elevator. No staffs, no bell in front door. Just phone number memo ( I'm tourist. have not mobile so there is no method to contact them )

Love the manager and all of her help. We enjoyed the views from the windows and room with character.

Very very nice hotel. Everything clean, quiet and comfortable. Even in the small room there are nice stuff.

Good value for a terrific location, so I loved it. I was traveling without a car and can climb stairs--could be an issue for others, maybe.

Beautiful property in the heart of Bamberg. Fastest checkin process ever, friendly staff and unique rooms with original art and lighting accents. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Building has old world charm.

Bath towels should be thrown out. So thin and rough. Curtains aren't long enough to cover windows. Red carpet going into facility needs replaced. Showers are bad. They leak and some have a broken shower head. Stayed there 3 times in the past but no longer. Very sad

Room a little small, but had everything needed.

The location is perfect right in old town and around the corner from Schlenkerla.

No elevator. I know they can’t do anything about that but that’s the only thing I didn’t like I am lazy.

Location of the property was really good.

The room was very small and very uncomfortable. The bathroom was really small also and the pictures on the site were misleading. There was no drawer or any closet to put the clothes so we had to put everything on the floor.

The location was amazing and although it was in the heart of the pub area, the soundproofing was excellent...with the windows closed it was very quiet. The room was nice and bright and spacious enough. Just as advertised ?

The fridge wasn't working. I could have asked at reception, but we were only there for 2 nighr, so I didn't.

The bed was really comfortable. Nice room with good equipments. Really central but still quiet thanks to double glazing

Small room with clean bathroom and free coffee, tea and water. There is also cutlery and bowls to use. Will be back.

This was a lovely little hotel in the old centre of Bamberg. The room was very well equipped and I had a great night's sleep. I checked in/out outwith the usual timings but it was all very smooth indeed.

A wonderful location. They did their best to make the rooms and stairways stylish. We were given a nice sized room. I would definitely stay there again.

There was only one coffee pad for the coffee maker. After contacting the manager this was sorted out and more pads were delivered to the room.

Fantastic location in the middle of the old town, so close to everything and noise was surprisingly good considering proximity to other venues

If you are a tea drinker, byo black tea

We had to climb 3 flights of circular stairs with full luggage. No lift/elevator!! Strange set up for room. Must walk thru 2nd bdrm to get to bathroom .

No lift. 3 flights circular stairs. If any issue/handicap, too bad.
