Near the train station and a 10 minute walk to the old town. Clean simple rooms

Excellent location; ease of getting to hotel from Train Station; plenty of places to eat dinner, breakfast, and do a bit of shopping.

The staff!… Marie, Geneive!!! So sweet and helpful. The location is perfect!… right beside the central station and close to the old town. NIKKO Asian restaurant right beside the Hauptbahnhoff is great and fair prices.

The shower could be stronger, and the WiFi as well. Easy fixable things.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

The only thing I missed was an extra pillow in the room. But I asked in the reception and they quickly gave us extra ones :)

Nice relaxing place to stay that was only a 15 minute walk from the historical heart of the city. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. Room was comfortable and quiet

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is great and the location is really good. I had a queen bed which is unusual for Bamberg hotels - usually they are two twins smashed together.

The room was a bit cramped. The after hours door lock was problematic.

Nice older hotel very nicely renovated to a modern standard. Not in city center, but wasn't far either and you save a lot of money. Very close to Fassla and Spezial. Has elevator. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was extra at18/person.

It was a great location in the city. The family suite had tons of room and a beautiful view!!

-Located in a heavily middle eastern populated area. -breakfast price was a bit high for what was available.-we went to the bakery down the street for a much better value and similar food!

Not too far from the town centre. Clean. Smiling staff (Irina). Quite good breakfast.

Tiny tiny room, very hot even when outside is not too hot, no air conditioning, noisy street so even opening the window was impossible, the standing fans we found on the corridor sounded like a tractor so they were unusable, tiny underground parking with a difficult entry and exit for an SUV sized car…

Room was directly on the road, which was so loud from the traffic one couldn’t hear. Also, the WLAN didn’t work.

Good location to train station and not too far from shopping and historic areas. Staff was nice.

Room had awkward layout and did not match the pictures on website. No A/C. Room was hot and stuffy. Had to ask staff to borrow a fan. Without that fan, it would have been quite uncomfortable to sleep (summer time)

Location was good

No air-conditioning, which I realize many places don't have. It was very hot with no ventilation and it is very noisy at night with the windows open. Parking is not included and expensive. Also our parking place was not guaranteed to be in the same place. Breakfast is expensive too but at least there are a few options available. The rooms are very small

Room overall is not a good value for money, low quality, very noisy because there is a big space between the door and the floor which disturbs you with light when you sleep. Also glass door to the toilet which is not very handy.We came with our chihuahua and we were given a room just in front of the elevator. We were out with the dog all day and then came back to rest and went out again without our pet.The reception manager was extremely rude with us. The hotel is pet friendly. There were no rules stated about leaving a dog in a room alone. We were absent for 1 hour when manager called and asked us to « immediately » return to the hotel because our small dog was barking and disturbing other guests at 9 pm. The situation would be completely understandable if it wasn’t for the language and the manner this manager was demanding is to resolve what he created by himself in the first place. He put us in a noisy room, he didn’t say anything about not leaving the dog alone. Anyway, we came back as soon as we could in 30 mins. He started arguing with us and expressing that even without rules I should have « use my brain » and not to leave the pet. Many rude things came after that. This is not how you treat your guests and resolve situations with them.

Central location

We booked a double room , but was offered a dingy twin bedroom which is very small & uncomfortable.

A nice large room, excellent breakfast.

Parking not so convenient, some 150 metres from the hotel.

It is a simple, clean, comfortable accommodation, perfect price value ratio

Locatied just next to the train station and on a walking distance from the city centre. Kind and efficient staff, rooms are basic, but comfortable.
