Breakfast had an excellent variety of choices. We came for beer fest so location was great.

Really friendly staff. We appreciated the sustainability of the facility. No one time shower gels,,... Room was spacious and well equiped

Always staying there when visiting Bamberg. It's not too far from the city center to go there by feet, but no issues with parking or no-drive zones. The room is comfortable, and the brekfast is generous.

Early check in was great.Parking with e charge in Garage just underneath.

More plugs in room would be great.

a small walk from parking garage to reception area. I believe you walk through a conference center. Pillows definitely need to be replaced…they have seen better days!!

Bad - really bad fitness room

A nice, modern feeling hotel with good facilities in a great location for exploring Bamberg. The rooms are very nice and clean with everything you require. A good nights sleep was had by all. Breakfast was excellent. One of our group arrived late so did not come out for dinner in Bamberg with us. The hotel restaurant was about to close but were kind enough to let him choose from their menu and prepare his meal while he showered and changed. He then ate there after closing time which was fantastic and highly appreciated.

Big nice clean room, everything you need basically - and really close to the city center. One of the best breakfasts that I have seen in Europe!

Great staff, good breakfast, spacious room - and a little play corner on the third floor for kids, which our five-year-old loved! Parking was found very, very close by.

Great hotel, quiet location, close to the old town. Breakfast is excellent. Very convenient car parking in the underground garage.

Nice room, new furniture, relatively big, great location, super cool cafe, and breakfast, all clean. We checked in before the official check-in time.

In the bathroom, there was an unpleasant smell from time to time. Also, TV was to the right from beds, not in room centre.

Staff, breakfast the room and location 10/10 will be back next year, for us it was an annual Soul weekender, plus we stayed here in 2023 and came back for 2024 because we loved the hotel, I do say to friends Bamberg is well worth visiting, and would point them in the direction for this hotel, fresh omelettes are a must.
